It is made in Turkey. The stones are Taurus Black Marble.

Q: Can you put these in the dishwasher?

I don’t think you want them in the dishwasher, but I haven’t tried it. I usually just rinse them with water and let them air dry.

Q: Is this stone coated with a seal to make them smooth or are they pourous?

They are smooth. They don’t work well enough to cool off room temperature whiskey.

Q: does it come with the glass?

No there is no glass but they come with a sack to put the m in freezer. Great product!!!
