Awesome z-wave switch
Works great with home assistant and controls lights as it's supposed to. Also can be used as a scene controller with multipress actions. Neutral wire required

Great dimmer for 3 an 4 way switches. Amazing support.
It works like I wanted and the unique design saved the cost of add-on switches the trouble of wiring the other boxes. Keeping the original switches in the other boxes means they don't control the dimming. But I'm fine with dimming at the Zooz toggle or with an app on my phone. The real extra bit of value came from the excellent support I got dealing with my 4-way wiring. I got support quicker than I expected and the clear solution that made it easy for me to wire the dimmer with confidence. Highly recommended. I will look to Zooz for my future Z-wave devices.

Works very well, even for smart blinds!
I have Z-Wave smart blinds made by Bali with a remote that came with the blinds. I was looking for a way to control the blinds via a wall switch to add a professional touch to my room. I learned that you can directly associate Z-Wave devices to each other, and I purchased this switch, hoping I could pair them together. It works perfectly!I directly associating the switch to the blinds in Home Assistant using the "On/Off Control" and "Remote Dimming" groups. Now the blinds will open when I press the up bottom and close when I press the down button. Furthermore, if I hold the up or down button, the blinds will go up/down until I release. This is exactly what I was looking for!The best part is if I ever move from my house, the direct association will continue working without my Home Assistant hub set up.For some reason, I couldn't find anyone else who had this set up when I searched Google, but it worked perfectly.

Good features, hopefully the second one lives longer.
Lasted almost 15 months running a vanity fixture with 6x 5.6 Watt LED bulbs. Heard a pop and saw a flash through the switch paddle one day when I pressed the on button. Upon disassembly, I found a scorched bit of PCB with a blown-up SMD component. There was a corresponding bit of erosion and burn mark on the metal frame that sits in front of the PCB, though it doesn't seem like there was any flex in the assembly that would have allowed the two to touch, so I don't know what happened. While it was working, I liked the configurable double-press and single-press options for being able to turn the light on to minimum or maximum brightness without fiddling with dimmer buttons. The LED bulbs didn't buzz as much as they did with the dumb dimmer switch that I had beforehand. Never had connectivity issues. I'm ordering another to replace the one that fried.

Great for 3 and 4 way installations
Can't comment on longevity as just installed. Used to replace a failed GE switch. Bought a second one to test how it works in a 4 way setup. Instructions for 4 way setup were great. Works well and no need for an "add on" switch. Connection to SmartThings was easy. Hopefully they last longer than the GE z wave switches that have typically failed after 2 years or so.

Best Zwave switch—with small caveat
I highly recommend Zooz switches and dimmers. Everything about this switch makes you feel you have purchased a quality product. The packaging, the instructions, the flawless way it includes itself, web site, and customer service are all first rate. The feature that allows you to use a three way switch and wiring currently in place to turn the light on or off from another location saves you $20 for the GE accessory switch, and some time compared to the GE/Honeywell/ultra pro switches from Jasco. Note that you turn on and off, but cannot dim remotely with an old manual switch. There are also no fins you have to break off. Dimming works well with a truly dimmable LED, like FEIT.I’ve installed hundreds of home automation switches, and these are the best, but although I gave 5 stars to this switch compared to others, a couple of issues miss actual perfection. First, the paddle assembly appears to be about 1mm larger than other switches. If your house is 25+ years old and uses the thick, hard Leviton switch plates, you may need to buy new plates. Don’t force the switches into the plate. They will bind and will eventually not operate properly. Either file the old plate larger (a PITA) or drop a buck or two on a new plate (recommended). Many of the new plates are screwless, and it is a nice look you may want to include in your upgrade anyway. Regardless of the brand of switch, it seems I have a 50/50 chance of breaking the old, brittle multiple gang plates anyway trying to wrestle all the switches into place. Also, unlike the GE/Jasco, these switches do require that you know which wire is your line (hot) and which is the load (light), and they come with nice labels for the wires and excellent instructions. No big deal, and I think it is safer to know which wire is hot anyway. Finally, there is capacity. These are 300 watt dimmers rather than the 500 or 600 watt capacity on Jasco and some other HA technology. The Zooz switches are made for the 21st century. They use neutrals so that LED bulbs are welcome, take up less depth in the box and have no heat fins. They play well with LEDs (though beware that many “dimmable” LEDs are flickering junk, no matter the switch). At 300W, these dimmers will not handle a vanity mirror light with a large array of incandescent bulbs. If someone insists on keeping and dimming a power hungry dinosaur like that, don’t use the Zooz dimmer. This one is good for 5 60w bulbs, but some builders thought 6 or 8 would look luxurious.Enjoy!
