Love this stuff. I mix this in my water every morning, along with diatomaceous earth and Konsyl. Hope it really contains all the nutrients it states it has. I don't feel any different, but it's like taking vitamins. Sometimes you notice a difference, but sometimes you don't. I just keep buying it as it helps to get the rest of my stuff down. The taste is good. I've used it for 5 or 6 years.

I’ve been using this product for around 3 years now and it’s a necessity for my daily routine. It’s a great way to get fiber in your daily diet. It also helps me go to the bathroom on a regular schedule without overly upsetting my stomach. I started taking it during dental school when I wasn’t eating enough veggies and fiber. It really changed my routine and I can’t recommend this enough.

I love this stuff. I've been using it for years. I use the antioxidant one and it makes my skin so soft. If I take a break and then restart, I notice a major improvement in my skin in just a few days. It makes my skin so soft, I hope it's has just as much benefits internally.

It is a good product overall. It has good and clean ingredients but the only thing I didn’t like is the taste. I would recommend you to use pineapple chucks, water, the product and some squeezed lime. That’s my preference but it is a great product and lasts.

This is a must have product if you do not eat enough veggies! I have found that these greens are great suppliment to add to my digestive system routine. Test great! and work great!

UPDATE: This will contribute to uric acid stones and lower your PH as it's extremely high in purines.
