I have tested this product during several traffic control jobs and it has worked wonders. It is very loud for cars and pedestrians to get their attention. The charge holds very well through my shift and is very durable. It is easy to operate as well as comfortable to hold in the hand.I would definitely recommend this product.

Can't blow a whistle with a mask on. I guess you could, but it would be uncomfortable and inconvenient. This electronic whistle is rechargeable, which makes it much better than one with replaceable batteries (my opinion, obviously). It's loud enough to be effective, but maybe a tad bit less than my Fox40 at full blast. The other thing I like, something I didn't anticipate, is that it's actually faster to call infractions. So you have to be careful not to step on a game too quickly in case, for example, there's advantage and a call would unnecessarily disrupt a game. Not having to constantly bring a whistle to my mouth actually feels really good so I may keep using this as the masks slowly disappear and rules relax (fingers crossed). Quality is more than acceptable. This model also has three selectable trills and varying loudness settings, so it has some options you can play with. The light is cute but almost useless. Anyway, as electronic whistles go, this model seems to have the best mix of features. Plus, it's rechargeable and a charge lasts me many weekends. It hasn't failed me so far (I've used it off and on for 4 months). If you need one this model is worthy of your consideration.

Nice and loud, loudness control, perfect for teachers.

I ref U9 - u19 soccer and this is very good and loud. Not sure what the light would be used for but the various tones are nice to be different from nearby fields and easy to use. I like that it is easy to recharge the battery and I have those spares for some of my flashlightsEdit- 4/25/21, this is a great whistle, I have done about ten games so far and it is very loud. Taking off one star due to yesterday I did a game in light rain and after half time it stopped working. The description does clearly state it is not waterproof. But since this is supposed to be used out doors and soccer is played in the rain, I hoped it would at least be light rain proof. It makes a barely audible squeak now. Light comes on, battery charges to 4.2 volts, on a 3.7 volt battery. It is just the speaker does not make a sound. Not sure if I got water in the speaker hole, or through one of the buttons, or where. I was wearing a rain jacket so it was mostly covered by the sleeve and only light rain for about 25 minutes. Reminds me to always carry a backup whistle just in case. But harder to use a real whistle and wear a mask as required by facility.

Got this for my mom. She is a proctor in a middle school. Long story short, the admits recommended that all proctors get one. She says the kids hate it and the staff that don't have one are jealous. The tones are electronic, so the realism of the sounds don't sound like a manual whistle. Maybe other (more expensive) brands have better sounds. But I mean....if you need a electronic whistle to do a simple task, can't go wrong with this one.

I am thrilled about this new whistle; having previously owned an all-hand-squeeze button model, which worked quite well until it got damaged (my bad). - I looked into this new model, which is mostly sliding buttons, seems more durable.

I love the idea of this product, and if you read the reviews- many are very happy with it. I ordered two and one stopped working within a few weeks. It doesn’t seem to want to take a charge. It’s possible this is my fault as it was in my bag during a practice where it was lightly raining. It didn’t seem to have gotten wet, and it worked for another week after that practice so I don’t think it’s related at all. I don’t know how a little humidity could have caused this, but the other whistle in same condition still works so I suspect it’s not the root cause. In any event they don’t seem to be reliable/stable. The vendor is responsive and wants to help- but for a $12 whistle it will take you several days of back and forth with vendor to get any support - which in my mind is not worth my time.
