Q: Does this really remove all vibrations, desk knocks, key preeses etc? Most other ones are in the 50-70 price range? How have you found it. Ty :)

Yes. They all basically do the same job. Price difference is more about brand and manufacturing quality. But if the mic is suspended with elastic after cord, it’s going to work. That said you will pick up noise from a heavy table bang acoustically anyway, so there is a limit to what any product can do.

Q: can it support the blue yeti from below, or does it have to be suspended from above?

It works fine either way up – hanging the Yeti, or supporting it from below.

Q: Does this come with everything you need to use it straight out of the box? i see some saying it needs extras to fit a blue yeti

You're going to need a microphone stand to screw it to, as long as you're aware of that. This is just for the shock mount.
