Para quienes lo tomen por primera vez, al igual que muchos lo han dicho , les recomiendo que lo tomen de a poco mientras logran el cuerpo tolerarlo y asimilarlo bien. En la actualidad solo me tomo media porción 10-15 minutos antes de comenzar a entrenar, y durante el entrenamiento me tomo el resto. This stuff is great.I’ve been taking the pre on and off for about 5 years. It’s great. I use it while I am on a powerlifting block.A smart warning, it packs a huge punch, and as the direction says you should work up to a full scoop, and really not have much more caffeine outside of it, since it is so heavy in caffeine.The taste is great. I’d drink it even if it was just drink flavoring, same with the texture, it blends easily and doesn’t get “chunky”A great product.

This stuff will have you zooming. I would use caution the first few times you take it until you figure out how you react to the stimulant. That being said, it’s a great tasting pre-workout that will have you ready to climb Mount Everest. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because there’s not much pump associated with it when I lift. Like there is with other pre-workouts. It feels like it’s all stimulant and thats what it claims to do. So 👍🏻

Stuff is legit. Legit thought I was gonna have a heart attack when working out but the pumps were awesome.

Mediocre at best, red bull amps you up more than this does. Don't waste your money

I ordered 2 sample packs thinking i would get all 6 flavors, was disappointed that I only got 3 flavors. this works great but I would recommend taking it after you've eaten because it made me jittery when I took it on an empty stomach, it wasn't as bad when I drank it after I ate.
