Cant say if helping my health yet as only started taking few days ago taste is ok thickness not bad easy to swallow and i like the fact its in smaller pouches so none gets wasted because it’s been open to long 👍

Thi is the best Sea Moss Gel I have come across. Its not full of horrible bits and it really works well. I suffer with ADHD and normally medicate on thought working days. I tried Sea Moss because I heard it helps with Mental clarity. We this really is the case and it works much gentler and natural than my medication. I don't get surpassed hunger or sleepless nights.
