Good quality, great price for what you get.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent price for what you get. Like the 3 levels of eggs. Really helpful & is like what they use in physical therapy. They really make a difference in getting your functioning back if used often. Good quality

Good for the elderly
My grandmother was recovering from multiple strokes and I bought her these to help regain her grip strength. She was completely paralyzed on her left side so her hand was useless. Using these has helped her regain strength, movement and her independence. These were a last resort and I am so thankful theyve helped her so much. I'm hoping to get her a stronger set to help her function even better. For the time being these did the job and more. I also encouraged my grandfather to use them to help strength and help his circulation after he had a Stent put in his heart. Both of them use them on a regular basis and so far they've held up to daily use.

Great but don’t overdo it!
A nice variety of items to help with grip strength! This is one of a few times that you should really talk to your doctor or physical therapist about. I was so excited I overdid things the first few days and made things worse! A couple of days of resting my hand and I was back to my normal.

Too much resistance for carpal tunnel surgery rehab
I like that there's 3 types of exercise training tools, but I thought the lowest level of resistance wasn't low enough on the circle and finger tools. The squeeze egg was perfect but the other two at the lowest level of resistance didn't seem to match in resistance level. I had carpal tunnel surgery and was approved to start regular activities w/ no weight restrictions anymore so now I wanted to focus on regaining strength as I was past the recovery stage. However, I couldn't even use the ring shaped tool and the one that all your fingers go through as it was too hard. I just did one rep of 15 per each and the next day my wrist hurt like I had tendonitis from it. I can only use the egg shaped equipment as that's soft enough for me to squeeze but it's not enough. I suppose if you aren't recovering from injury or have other issues and are strictly using this for building up hand strength for rock climbing and similar activities then it's probably fine. I just don't recommend it if you are thinking of using it for strengthening from injury or surgery. it also has a sticky feel to it especially the egg-shaped one. It makes me feel like chemicals are rubbing off into my skin as it does have a smell to it but it's not horrible. I've smelled worse.

Roygra hand grip strengtheners set of 8 is a great set for me
Be sure the review says Roygra: this set is really nice. The eggs are comfy and fairly easy to grip, but not too easy (I do have poor grip strength, especially low in one hand and at the bottom of normal range in the other). I now enjoy using these multiple times a day. The 2 doughnut shapes are firmer and harder for me to squeeze so I use the easier one and use it less often, but I am glad to have a different kind of gripper. The finger bands are harder for my double jointed hands so I know I need to do them. I can't speak to reviews saying they rip since I don't know if the reviews were of Roygra bands or if someone with big strong hands broke them. Mine have been used daily for a week and show no signs of ripping. But I am not strong...yet! I went to a UW science expo where they explained that hand grip can indicate frailty and lack of overall strength and stamina, especially in seniors like me. I've read that this can indicate a predisposition to osteoporosis too. I am committing to using these great, easy tools daily while reading, TV, etc.

A HAND-Y BOX OF LITTLE HELPERS!!
Don't let their little sizes fool you...each one of these little helpers is very useful in building back strength in your hands! There is 3 levels, EASY, MORE DIFFICULT, HARDER...FOR THE EGG SHAPED SQUEEZERS AND THE 3 FINGER STRETCHERS.THERE ARE ONLY 2 Donut shaped squeezing items that compare to those big hand grippers at the gym..they are challenging. I'd equate the 2 as moderate, and borderline difficult.I bought these to help in my battle against a condition trying to take the use of my hands away, DUPUYTREN'S CONTRACTURE. MY FINGERS ARE LOCKING UP ON ME. MY HAND WAS CLOSED RECENTLY ANT WOULDN'T OPEN UP.
