e.l.f. No Budge Retractable Eyeliner, Creamy, Ultra-Pigmented, Coffee

I literally just put this in the cart to get to the same day shipping minimum for something urgently needed, but I am glad I picked it. I wore this for the first time to an amusement park, so I can say it is rollercoaster proof.A lot of times, I end up with this extra arc of black where eyeliner meets the deeper part of my eyelid, and this was no exception. At this point, I think it is unavoidable. For five bucks, I don't expect much. I would say it was a thinner and fainter streak than some $12 eyeliner I have used, which absolutely counts for something, but it did transfer a bit despite giving every effort for it to be totally dry/done before relaxing.Otherwise, it held up really well, stayed put. Easy to apply, I actually usually prefer liquid liner but this was a lot easier/forgiving.

I ordered and received a ripped empty package. Ordered replacement and it came the next day. This was purchased as a deal item. It is pretty good. Espresso shade, perfect for nude natural eye makeup. The pic shows two strokes applied 2 hrs ago and one fresh stroke. It does not budge and is surely waterproof!

I really like this eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t smudge after the 30 seconds it needs to set, however, it will still come off nicely with micellar water if it doesn’t look as planned but, it doesn’t come off when rubbed. The reason I gave 4 stars is because when you turn the tube to bring out the product, it feels very loose and sometimes the product moves as you’re using it. I don’t know if I got a dud or if this is how it usually is but, I guess I’ll find out when I order it again.

This is exactly as I hoped it would be. I am an older woman and I have a few wrinkles. This is so creamy and it glides on so smooth with no tugging. I have bought a lot of makeup in my life and I'm very pleased with this.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have been looking for a pencil eyeliner that will not smudge and ladies this one lasts and doesn’t smudge. Hope this is helpful

I just tried this eyeliner as my old one from another manufacturer is no longer available. It appears this one may stay on longer and goes on with more detail, although it's harder to apply (more dry). I WISH THEY MADE SOME IN BLUE. Also, it's crazy when you take the cap off to apply, you can't place it on the back end. My other one did that and it made it less likely to get lost if you're reapplying it while traveling. The cap is hard to get off compared to my old one. I support companies though that are animal cruelty free. That's the upside.

Great eyeliner. Subtle color, i.e. - not bold black. Goes on smoothly and evenly. Love it!

Love this stuff. Doesn't smudge inappropriately, not crazy expensive. Big fan
