These containers are great for leftovers and for numerous other things. I buy cereal in bulk bags and divide it into servings and them just gram them off the shelf when needed. They're airtight so they keep the food fresh. The lids seal tight and they stack well. They're a good quality and thickness, that has a good weight to them. They are designed to use in the microwave without the lid on them, which works fine for my use. They are so handy I'm ordering my second batch of them after a year. That's because it's easy to send home goodies with my family without looking for container I want back or the eternal "looking for lids". Great design, great quality, great size.
