Nordic Naturals - DHA, Brain and Nervous System Support, 90 Soft Gels

I originally purchased Nordic Naturals, DHA, Strawberry, 500 mg, 90 Soft because I was looking for a tastier way to take DHA supplements. I usually use this supplement to help my mood and concentration and had always had a good experience but I don’t like the usual fishy aftertaste. These pills do not disappoint!The package arrived safety tucked in the shipping box and sealed for safety. I opened the bottle to reveal that these have no fishy smell at all just a pleasant, sweet scent. The pills were easy to swallow and coated in a subtle, candy-like, strawberry flavor. The packaging recommends taking 2 a day with meals. Overall, these taste great.As for the effectiveness of the product. I trust Nordic Naturals for my supplements above most other brands. After taking this product for 6 months, not only is there is a noticeable change in my skin and hair, but also elevated my sense of well- being. I understand supplements act differently to everyone, but I had a great experience taking these. The price is also reasonable. The same supplements at my grocery store cost $35. Ultimately I highly recommend these!

Nordic Naturals makes some of the highest quality DHA/omega products you'll find anywhere, but the real draw here is the flavor. You don't get that gross fishy feeling in your throat, and it doesn't taste weird when you swallow the pills. I've used this kind for about a year now, and I've shared them with several other people. Aside from one person who complained about the price, everyone who tried them converted to Nordic Naturals almost instantly.I only wish they'd make a strawberry-flavored capsule version of the algae version, as I'd definitely prefer a vegetarian source. They do have a lemon liquid version, though, which I'll probably try after my current bottle of strawberry DHA runs out.

I hate the taste and smell of fish and other seafood. These Nordic Naturals DHA are not fishy at all, I promise! They smell like strawberry, taste like strawberry, and even burps later are strawberry. I tried a free sample from their website before ordering. Amazon seems to be the best place to purchase these. Serving is listed as two capsules but I'm just taking one per day and will work up to two towards end of bottle (just to make sure I'm not going to have any stomach issues). I will continue to purchase these and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to take a DHA supplement.

I unfortunately received a 60-count jar instead of a 90-count, but I am not leaving a review based on that because that's the seller, not the product.The product itself is really impressive. I've been taking fish oil / DHA / etc. for years and never encountered a brand quite like this. I got a sample at the grocery store a few weeks ago and immediately came on Amazon to purchase it. The strawberry flavour can even be smelled - it is that strong! - yet it's not overly-artificial in its nature; the pills smell like strawberry fruit snacks.All in all, this is a great product for people who don't tolerate other Omega-3 supplements well. I used to be able to, but they began making me ill this past year, to the point that I had to stop taking them altogether. I was thrilled to find this, not to mention shocked that a product like this could even exist. All you taste and smell is strawberry, and there is zero aftertaste or "fish burp." I can't say enough good things about that!

I didn't notice any brain difference when using this ie more alertness, smarter, clarity, energy etc. I do notice a clean small time energy when using powdered Alcar supplement, but not with this. Upon more research, I have found that you have to be careful with this oil. It goes rancid, increases insulin and not as good a product (not the company just the product itself) as touted. You might want to read up on it a bit more. It affects your sugar metabolism.

I NEVER write reviews but I am so thrilled with the Nordic Naturals that I HAD to write one! Now I understand everyone is different, but these supplements have changed my life! I want to start by saying that I am a vegetarian and was a little hesitant about taking these because I don't eat any animal products whatsoever (no meat, eggs, fish, etc.)but for the past two years I've been incredibly lethargic and just haven't felt healthy. I struggled to do the day to day activities. I decided to look into fish oil supplements because of the recommendation by Dr. Oz. I ordered these and the day I started taking them I noticed a HUGE difference. I didn't feel lethargic and/or uncomfortably tired AT ALL. I actually had energy and my mood was much better. Even my abnormally heavy menstrual periods have improved. I feel wonderful! I can't say enough about how these supplements have improved my life. I didn't even realize how bad I really felt until I took these and felt good again. I chew two (I don't mind the taste at all but my husband does so he swallows them) after breakfast along with my multivitamin. I also ordered the children's version but unfortunately my 5 year old little boy doesn't like them. Although they got good reviews for the flavor, I'd have to disagree. I'm not sure that the average toddler would like the flavor nor the texture. I am going to try the gummy ones for him instead because I really LOVE the Nordic Naturals brand of products!

fish oil and DHA is great combine, my mom tried this when i bough for her, she love it. and she always ask me buy more. but i never try it so i don't know what is exactly result after take this. but i trust Noric Natural! i will recommend this for person who needs fish oil and DHA for healthy.
