Bach Flowers for Crisis Care: Remedies for Emotional and Psychological Well-being

I have a few books on Flower essences and this one is one of my favourites. Mechthild has placed considerable effort to pair up the correct flower essences to the crisis at hand. This is a great quick guide to find the flower essence one needs in any given crises.

Dr. Edward Bach was an amazing man who has left us a priceless legacy. He explains that the healing of the mind and the emotions through the use of flower essences and a deeper connection to our Inner Guidance will also bring about healing on the physical level. The books written by his student Mechthilde Scheffer have taken Dr. Bach's teachings to a much more profound level. I highly recommend this book to newcomers to Bach Flower Remedies. It would be greatly beneficial to study it alongside Mechthild Scheffer's other book, "Bach Flower Therapy". I sincerely believe that Bach Flower Remedies and the writings of Mechthild Scheffer are important catalysts in our evolution to higher consciousness.

I was able to pick what flowers we need. It explains in a basic way what it does. It also has some basic scenarios of a family, mainly from a mother perspective (so I don't find that very helpful). Expensive for what it does for me, but I am taking the good out of it.

Easy to read and learn more about the topic.

Bought this as a birthday present for a friend who loves Bach flowers and she was so excited for it. She especially liked how it was color coded, to separate uses and flower remedies.

I wanted this for my collection and as it turns out it'll be most useful. I love Bach Flower Remedies!Recommended. Thank you.
