Excellent customer service support
Customer service was very helpful and quickly sent the adapter to connect the filter to the tap, free of cost. Everything is working fine now. I’ll need to use it for a few more months to see if there’s any improvement in water quality. Since it's only been a month, the real results might take more time to show.
