My gut health has never been better, and it is a great value for the money.

I am writing this review in hopes that it helps someone who was struggling like myself. For most of my adult life (I am in my late 50's) I have struggled with chronic constipation. You name it, I've done it or taken it trying to relieve the problem and become "regular". Nothing has really worked. I was almost at the point of going to my doctor and getting on some type of pharmaceutical treatment for the condition when I stumbled across this product. I've wasted so much money in the past, but I decided to try yet one more fix. This one works! I am no longer chronically constipated, in fact, I am going every single day! That may not seem like a lot to most people, but for someone who was used to going only every 3 days or so it is a miracle. I no longer feel bloated and heavy. This was truly a Godsend and I am so happy I found it.

Too soon to tell if capsules are effective.

I order this regularly and take every day. Best one I have found.

Can't find a probiotic that does the job I need it to do.

I wish this product wasn't so expensive, however I bought this product because I was having feminine issues and I had ruled out what I thought the issues were for me and nothing, I tried several things to solve my issue and nothing worked except this product. However I feel this is a temporary fix as my issue keeps coming back. When I took this product tho it seemed like I had results within a week.

That it is dairy free and gluten free.
