Well made and strongly built. My wife had both knees replaced within a year and this belt was used every day as she recovered from the last surgery. I wish I had bought it earlier for the first. I use it to hold her as she walks for a safety handle on her. She fell in the kitchen and could not get up. Fortunately I was home. I was unable to lift her as she is older and weak from the surgery recovery and couldn't support her own weight. She couldn't even get up into her recliner after crawling across the floor. OMG! I put the belt on her, put her on a rug, dragged her across the hardwood floor to the couch, put her torso and shoulders on the couch, and dead lifted her bottom and legs with the belt. Without the belt this would have been impossible. Get one for your loved one, you will not regret it.

Works as designed. Sometimes when he decides to bolt we are able to maintain positive control.

Gait belt is exactly as advertised. It works great and makes us feel more secure when assisting our 90 year Father recovering from a broken hip.

These are great to keep handy to help a person to be transferred should they be partially disabled

It's a quality product. Depends what youre using it for. I use it for part of my physical therapy. Therefore I cant tell if it works as well for something else.

Very good and can help with people that have a problem getting up. Healthcare workers can use it.
