Works perfectly!
It was so easy to put together. I felt like I got more than my money’s worth. It looks great. Blends in so well with our furniture that we have to point out it’s a home for our turtles. I love the side window which allows children to look in at the turtles without disturbing them. Highly recommend.

Good product
The legs are a little flimsy, but I decided to take them off anyway. The wood on one of the legs was split. This took me about an hour to assemble, it was pretty straightforward; I would recommend using a screw gun. It looks just like the photos, and is perfect for my small tortoise. It's pretty light after being put together.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BUYING!
So I just received this today. Currently finishing up the building myself for my redfoot tortoise. There are some things to know before buying:1. This is a GREAT enclosure and very spacious for small turtles or lizards etc. If I were to size it by the gallon it is not much bigger if not the same size as my bearded dragon's 70 gallon tank.2. It is cheap, yes. So expect the CHEAPER wood. It isn't bad at all. Be careful if using a drill so you do not split the wood.3. You do not need 2 people to assemble or more, it is recommended but I am doing this by myself.4. The manual does NOT MENTION THE LIFT SUPPORTS!!! Make sure you have the wood the right way. You can easily remove them if you do not want them but I chose to keep them on for easier cleaning (see picture above).5. The plexiglass windows come with plastic film on them. You can take them out to remove the film completely by unscrewing the top wood plank on each window.6. If you are removing the wood like what I said in 5, use a screwdriver not a drill.7. The REST of this project absolutely requires a drill. There are drill holes for most of the screws. However I had to make my own for the hinges and latches.8. THIS ENCLOSURE DEFINITELY SMELLS FRESHLY PAINTED! I recommend letting it air out for a bit before putting in your pet.9. It comes with everything you need minus the drill, screwdriver, and people. It even comes with 1 extra screw.10. YOU HAVE TO USE A SCREWDRIVER TO REMOVE THE TRAY! (See photo. I do NOT recommend using a drill, this wood isn't super fragile and super cheap but don't risk splitting.)11. You will use the same P1 Phillips head for a drill and screwdriver. You will NOT need any other size.12. Make sure you line up the lids correctly for the latches. You need part of the lip for the hook. The side where the hinges are should ve flush. Not the front. (See photo) And make sure you line up the bottom as well. I struggled more with the bottom.Overall, I definitely recommend this for anyone starting out with any reptile or rodent. It is super cheap, and will definitely be easy to clean. The only reason I give this 4/5 stars is because of the wood material (it claims to use better wood) and the manual not explaining some things to know. But for the price of a 70 gallon tank, whether it be amazon, petsmart, petco, you are looking close to $150+++++. So for this to be around 70 gallons and at its price, I sure do recommend it! Especially because it can be used for a variety of pets. And it's very spacious so you could even put a hamster in here with a wheel!

Good painted cedar enclosure for young tortoise.
Great outdoor enclosure for the price for a young tortoise. I like that you can connect two to make a longer enclosure. It is cedar and was easy to put together. I wish the wrap on the clear plastic panels were easier to get off, or you could somehow receive these panels pre-assembly so you could fully remove the protective wrap. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase. It would be hard to DIY something as affordable.

Good for price
Larger than expected, great for my juvenile tortoise. Putting together was a little annoying as just one person but with a drill it’s still easy to assemble.

Good Enclosure
Very happy with this enclosure so far! It’s a good size and I like the color, I’ve been using it for two weeks so far with no issues. The smell isn’t overpowering either, I liked the smell when I first built it and now I don’t notice it at all. My only problem is that I wish the hook could be adjusted so I could make it much lower, it’s far too tall for my lights to be effective even at its lowest adjustment.

Pieces are not even but it worked
The media could not be loaded. I’m using this as a chick brooder. It holds up fine however the doors are crooked. The big opening can’t be held up with the holding stick because the top doesn’t fit evenly. That’s the only part affected by the use. If you care about looks don’t get this. It does function, we were able to put it together. It was easy to assembly, it’s sturdy, build quality is not best the size is decent. I do like the plastic bottom for easy cleaning.
