I have taken this product off and on over several years. It always has a positive effect on me energy wise. I have not found another ashwagandha that gives me a noticeable difference although I have tried several others. I've quit experimenting and just stick with this product now.

Ive been taking this supplement for several months now. I take it at night and let me tell you. it's changed my sleeping game. I struggle so much with sleeping and anxiety at night and it's really made a difference! About 30 minutes after taking it, I can feel myself really relaxing. I'm getting much more quality rest. It's easy to swallow as it comes in a capsule but it does have an odd smell to it. I've gotten used it.
