Product works really well , not always most stubborn black spots but the whole slab looks nearly new again. It needs to be brushed in so a bit of work involved, but results worth it.

Removes all black spots, I used a watering can to spread it. Need to scrub it and possibly treat again after 24hrs, it's the only thing that's worked. Probably wouldn't need to jetwash in future.

First used this last year on a large amount of Indian fosil stone which usualy took a couple of days of jet washing each year due to the large buld up of moss/algy during winter. Not anymore! I used black spot remover last summer and the paving stone walk ways & patios remained clear of any build up with only a slight discoulering in some areas. I used again a few weeks ago, left it over night & washed down with the garden hose. Stones look like new with very minimum effort. My fencing & decking was also turning a very dark gery in patches due to a build up of moss & bacteria, so thought that I would give this a go. What an absolute transformation. The fence which was installed 3 years ago looks like newly installed wood and it was almost instantanious! Be mindful, that If you use this on wood, you will need to wash down afterward and reapply tretment fo choice. It's raining now but will take some photos and upload once it dries up.All in all, this is my go to cleaner. A word of caution however, protect any plants, grass lawns etc before use as this is a very strong bleach. Also consider wearing a suitable mask as the fumes can be quite strong.

Brilliant stuff, brought our porcelain tiles up like new after one application, definitely recommend using a pressure sprayer.

Worked amazingly, very easy to use and would highly recommend.

Although this product is very effective in doing what the manufacturer says, it is very expensive. However, I am prepared to pay for it because there is no alternative product which is anywhere near as effective.

Didn't really do the job adn my paving is only 2 years old with black spot. I wouldn't waste your money.My neighbour told me to use CIF cream and brush with a hard brush and leave overnight before jet washing..... this worked much better
