Essdee Lino Cutting 3 in 1 Baren Kit

Very good quality and made carving intricate designs so much easier. Love all the different tips we can use. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought an essdee linocut kit with 2 lino sheets, a baren, 5-6 blades, a mixing tray, roller and paint tube. It's a good starter kit and the quality of the items is great. Easy to use and the blades are nice and sharp. Good for linocut. But still you can't get subtle delicate finish lines. Good for bold work. During corona i used it to complete some assignments. Without press machine. Rubbing tool also quite good.

The narrow V-gouge the is used for detailed work doesn’t really work. The rest of the blades were ok for the price. The baren also comes in handy. Even if you don’t use it as a baren, it’s still near because you won’t lose the blades anymore.

I had a defective item sent. The blades wouldn't fit in the slot and the ring of the handle was broken in places.

They are sharp and good for carving linoleum. Best for beginners.Though not recommended for kids as the blades are very sharp and makes deep cut in fingers.

This is a good product. Blades provided are good not only for lino works but for wood cutting/carving also.
