Great tape and strong adhesive.
This is the same kind of tape my Physical Therapist uses. They recommended me to buy some of my own. I am allergic to some adhesives. I cannot wear a regular bandaid without it making me get a rash where it touches the skin. The cover-roll does a great job to protect my skin from the harsh adhesive on the Leukotape. The cover-roll tape is a white tape that has a little bit of stretch to it. There isn't a ton, but there is some give. The adhesive is strong enough to last 5 days without coming off. I actually have also been using this to cut into smaller pieces to place under my regular bandaids so I don't have to suffer a rash when using them. Works great! The Leukotape is skin colored and works very well. You are able to pull this pretty tight without it getting distorted. It doesn't have any stretch to it, but I don't think you need the stretch. The adhesive on this is very strong. If you happy to extend the tape a little past the white cover-all, this will be painful to remove and it leaves a lot of adhesive (looks black and gross) behind. So I recommend trying to make sure to cut off the excess so it doesn't go over the cover-all. Since I'm allergic to adhesive, it also irritates my skin and pulls some of the top layer of skin off, when I pull it off. So be careful. Both work great together. They help hold my kneecap in place. You can wear this for 5 days with no issues. Overall I'm very happy. I would like to note that I have used KT tape before as well. This is not the same. KT tape IS flexible. This cannot be pulled and stretched the same. Just so you know the main difference between the two.

My Physical Therapist recommended I buy this combo pack of tape for my ...
My Physical Therapist recommended I buy this combo pack of tape for my tibiofibular problems. I've been regularly taping (for the past month or so) as she suggested and I've been extremely pleased with the support the tape provides. While I love my Kinesio tape for day-to-day support, this Leukotape is a must for healing injuries and recovering tendons. For anyone who's browsing and doesn't know the difference between k-tape and this Leukotape, k-tape has stretch - a lot of stretch - and generally doesn't provide the sturdy support of Leukotape. This tape has little to no stretch, which is perfect for holding things in place. For example, if you were trying to keep your fibula from popping out (as mine does), you would essentially want to "tie" it in place. Imagine the effect of tying a string around your leg really tight to hold things in place. This tape does that, without cutting off your circulation or honestly, without having to literally tie something around your leg.The only downside (which is just a tiny little thing I figured I'd mention) that I've experienced is that the adhesive is SO good, that sometimes there's some residue after removing the tape. Easy fix: rub a little Goo Gone on there and it's gone. Just be sure to clean your skin with alcohol before reapplying the tape or else it wont stick.Long story short: This tape is awesome, make sure you know how to use it (you can find plenty of videos on YouTube), wipe off the skin where the tape will be applied with alcohol prior to use, and make sure to use the cover tape (it protects your skin from the unfriendly adhesive in the leukotape).

Great blister prevention !
Great blister prevention! Wore just the Leukotape on heels -- no blisters what so ever. Lasted thru showers and wading through streams as well. Easy to remove (easier than generic moleskin). Did not have any problems with reaction to latex and did not damage skin. I did remove every couple of days to allow skin to breathe. I used on my toes as well. I think I had hot spots on both big toes before I applied the tape and it did pull a bit of skin when removing -- toes are hard to tape !! Did leave glue residue on toenails, but wore off after a day with a little scrubbing. I did not have a problem with tape sticking to socks -- but I had read other reviews so I removed my socks slowly. I have not used the cover roll at this time.

The Pain Reducing Tape
Would you like to continue exercising although you have a lot of pain? Wouldn't it be great to rid yourself of that pain?I have Patella-Femoral Syndrome. My physical therapist recommend for me to purchase this item because I'm a regular tahitian dancer and perform yearly. As a tahitian dancer, we use our knees A LOT. I also exercise several times during the week. I didn't want to halt my exercise or my hobby of dancing because these hobbies makes me happy. I wanted to continue to train and also improve my knees in the meantime. This tape has enabled me to keep doing what I love doing and I no longer feel pain.I recommend changing this tape after two or three days of usage. It's simple to use and there are several techniques of taping that can be easily found on youtube for this tape. I use this tape to pull my knees more inward. I'm very sure that this tape can be used for several other areas of the body.Beware of the luekotape skin coming into contact with your skin, it can peel your skin off. I've never had it happen, but this tape is very strong and my physical therapist gave me that warning. You are supposed to apply this on top of the white tape that comes with the luekotape.Months after I've began wearing this tape, I've been able to strengthen my legs so that the pain that I have felt is nearly gone. I still wear this tape when I dance, but it isn't needed. If your physical therapist or doctor recommends this tape, please consider! This tape was a blessing for me to wear.
