Love these panic buttons - exactly what I expected
Purchased two of these (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). They are very lightweight and I have velcro around the house so I can move them to different rooms. I had to put the batteries in the unit (which was a bit fiddly) however at least the batteries worked (unlike the key fob which came with the batteries already inserted and hence were all sadly discharged). Very pleased with this button. Does what is says on the tin and makes me feel a lot safer in my home.

Does what it says on the box.Would have liked a louder siren if possible .Generally I am very happy with ease of use and installation by Yale engineer .

Easy to install
Motion detection is irrelevant as this is a panic button.... easy to connect to Yale home security. I bought this for my wife who works alone and it is excellent.... simply press the button and the alarm activates.... #brilliant

I would not recommend a Yale Alarm or sensor to anyone
The seller here did a great job, happy with their service. However when I logged a call with Yale about using two alarms in different houses on the same phone they told me I needed to buy another phone. I have since raised other support questions and as yet I have received no response. I have escalated to Assa Abloy as the owner of Yale and I'm still to receive a response form them. The app is buggy and difficult to use. For example I changed the battery in a door contact and the app is reporting an issue with the tamper on the sensor and I cant find a way to stop it. I would honestly say the level of service is not what I expected from Yale. Truly don't waste your money.
