Really great tool, as expected from Wera
Well designed and very solid feel. The handle is larger in diameter than a normal Wera driver but is still relatively comfortable to hold. Itâs not as nice feeling to me as the more slender handles but offers more torque with itâs larger overall diameter. The push button on the back hasnât ever accidentally opened the handle on me unintentionally in the past year Iâve owned it, yet is easy to push and open to access the stored bits. The button must be pushed in about â â (3mm) to release the closure inside the handle and it has stiff spring tension to pop it open quickly. The bit storage has retainers for 6 1â(25mm) insert bits made from standard 1/4â (6.3mm) stock. The ring selector for lock, left ratchet and right ratchet is made of metal and marked with a small ridge that works like a pointer to the references for the actions marked on the plastic handle with âRâ for turning right and ratcheting left, âoâ in center for locking the driver in both directions and an âLâ for turning left and ratcheting to the right. It works the opposite direction from my Snap-On ratcheting driver in the direction I have to twist the selector to turn for driving. For this driver you twist the selector to the left to select âRâ to drive and to the right to select âLâ for loosen action. Itâs got a solid locking feel when selecting different positions and hasnât accidentally been bumped out of position on me during use over the past year of using it. The selection ring also has flat sides on a hexagonal trim edge for anti-roll which works well and looks nice. The six sided shaft is a good surface to be able to spin in the ratchet direction easily with my index finger and thumb for quick low torque removal or driving of fasteners. I donât feel like I miss using a round knurled shaft for this purpose and I think I get a little more torque by having the hexagonal surface to turn with my fingers. The shaft is hexagonal tool stock with the stainless steel magnetic bit holder friction fit at the tip. The bit holder isnât perfectly inline with the shaft and has a very minor wobble that I only noticed when I checked it for runout. It has about .5mm of runout. I actually had the first one I bought replaced by Wera for having pretty bad runout at the stainless steel bit holder that is pressed onto the end of the shaft. The bits fit well with tight tolerance in the magnetic insert bit holder. The bit holder retains insert bits nicely with itâs strong magnet and the magnet is strong enough to pick up small ferrous objects such as 3â(75mm) screws on the end of an inserted bit. The bit holder doesnât have a retention ring which I think is a good thing. Bits are easy enough to insert and remove from the holder even though the magnet is very strong and holds bits securely without a retention ring. The ratchet mechanism is designed with a very fine precision ratchet that locks well and feels solid and refined. The softer green molding of the handle feels a little more stiff than most of my other Wera drivers but still delivers a nice gripping surface. I hope this review is helpful.

Best screwdriver I've ever used
I'm really happy with this screwdriver. The build quality is fantastic, it has a heft to it without feeling too heavy. The handle is extremely comfortable to hold, and the storage compartment for the bits is well-designed and practical. The bits stay firmly in place when in use, and the magnetic tips are the perfect strength in my opinion - strong enough to hold onto screws but not so strong that they can't be shaken off. I just love this screwdriver and I think it's easily worth the premium price.

One of the best Ratchet screwdrivers I have ever used.
Wera!!! you dagone done got it right again!!!* This screwdriver feels very solid in the hand.* ratchet mechanism is very durable, most likely all metal construction.* I ofcourse treat this tool like a baby by keeping it lubricated, including the bits. Most tools and bits rust when exposed to moisture. Better to keep ahead of the maintenence and the tool will return loyalty and dependability to you. I anticipate this tool will last at least a decade, maybe more.... as long as you don't go king kong on it and go beyond its rating.* I love the feedback tactile and audio. I work in construction and I need to hear the clicks. It shows that the screw is tight and not stripped. * I've snapped screws by my hands so yeah.... I need to hear the clicks. When the clicks start slowing down means I need to dial down my strength to delicate mode asap.* people complain about the grip being too small. But I prefer this design because I can rest the handle in the groove of my palm and use a relaxed finger and wrist motion at the beginning of the fastening and then switch my grip to King Kong grip and twisting super slow and firmly while listening to the clicks (the butt of the screwdriver exposed at the back of the hand like holding a motorcycle handle). I do tight and maybe one click if I feel the screw is willing to turn a little more. If the screw don't want to turn, I leave it be. I never force it. Also I don't want to flatten the copper wire. If you're going that tight, you ain't no electrician.Initially, I was unsure if the bit would stay in the driver because I have had situations where the bit from my 11-in-one screwdriver would stick to the screw and come off the screwdriver.... So frustrating especially in hard to reach areas..... So Frustrating.... But not with the Wera ratcheting screwdriver.*the magnet is strong just the way I like it. I'd rather put a little effort into removing the bit than for the bit to slip out at a horrible time... like hard to reach areas.Obviously I don't use these non-torque screwdriver in panel boxes because it's not serious if the screws on receptacles are not torqued perfectly (though you definitely don't want loose connections). But in the panel, it is super super serious. I will not go into a panel maintenance or install without a calibrated torque driver. And I done the math, it is cheaper to go to a calibration store and fork off $50-100 every year than to get a torque tester, which is in the thousands of dollars. I mean how long do you really think you're going to be in the field?Awesome tool Wera. You done did a great job on this one.
