Great for elderly men with bladder issues
I am a 72 year old diabetic. I need to pee many times a day. Sometimes I barely make it. These pads are perfect for men's briefs. They are about 6x1.5 inches and can be attached easily to cotton briefs. There are 64 in a box for about 3 cents each. That's two months of no embarrassing wet spots.

Little Adhesive
I've bought these liners for years and was satisfied with them until this year...now they don't have much adhesive at all. The liners have literally fallen out of my panties! I'm sad about this. I like these liners but - they do need to adhere to underwear. What happened, Kotex?
