Streamlight is a go to brand for me & has been since the year 2010 when I got into Armed Security & first need a flashlight that my life could depend on. (In fact I'm STILL carrying my Streamlight Scorpion X on my duty belt & just used it last night! I highly recommend that item!)This headlamp is superior in every way to the cheapo Harbor Freight headlamp that this replaced lol! This lamp has multiple settings that allows you to change your lighting to the demands of your situation.The headband is super comfortable so wearing it for extended periods of time is no big deal. I've actually forgot this was on my head more then once lol! That's how comfortable it is!I have mainly worn this while working on my personal vehicle. This thing 100% delivers in that department! I don't need anything more with lighting & like I said, you have the ability to change the light settings so you just change the settings really easy with the light button if you do.Streamlight is a solid brand name. You won't be sorry going with this. It's a solid blue collar brand name & guys in my field use this brand EVERY day!

It works for what I bought it for, not super bright. It works well for lighting a small, close area for work. Not bright enough for walking around the woods.

I am super pleased with this headlamp. The two types of beam options are just right. One for distance and one, broad beam for close work. Way brighter than very old energizer brand ones I have been using. Comes with two head straps as well as super sturdy Velcro type connectors if want on a helmet. One strap for regular use and other seems to be for diving. The everyday strap is wide, easy to adjust and comfortable. The lamp changes angles easily but with solid positive clicks to keep it where you want it at the moment. About to order another.
