I find myself going back to purchase this product online. For me it does help curb my appetite & give me a boost of energy. It does as advertised & more then most others claim to. Will continue to get. Just wish I could get faster shipping when I run out & didn't notice was low.

I don’t often do reviews but ohhh my goodness. I weigh about 280 pounds and am recently unemployed so being at home I have been depressed /bored eating, A LOT. I binge eat so my thoughts are also regarding my next meal, i’ve gained 12 pounds since being home( not proud of it). My sister recommended this and I decided to take a leap of faith.I must first say i’m a big girl and with taking two I can strongly say you are very jittery and energized. I started cleaning the whole house ! so i can only imagine a smaller person having insane effects.I started off wanting to make food and was pacing back and forth i wanted to eat so bad! So i took 2 of these pills ( recommended instructions ) and told myself to wait 30 minutes to and hour like the instructions say and i can eat. before i knew it 2 hours past and it dawned on me that i didn’t eat?? stuck in my old habits i was like let me make food. I made grilled cheese and I couldn’t even touch it! no part of me was hungry not even alittle! i drank a protein shake and called it a day.this stuff is amazing! but i will be trying one pill tomorrow only because two makes me so up and jittery i want to see if one would be just enough. But yes i definitely recommend if you binge eat like myself !

Doesn’t control appetite and it doesn’t increase energy. The first day I used the product I only took one and it didn’t do anything. The next day I took two tabs as directed and it didn’t do anything to help curb appetite nor did it increase my energy level. I feel like I was cheated out of my money. Total waste!!!!!! Awful

So I edited my review because after taking 3 of these pills for a couple of weeks now I feel full faster. I am actually not able to eat dinner because when I take this before lunch I feel so full after my meal and the effects last many hours later. I recommend to anyone who wants to do intermittent fasting.

The flavor of these massive pills is pleasant. That was a surprise. Unfortunately these were a waste of money for me. I felt no real difference in appetite control.

This works for me.During quarantine, my mom passed away. Her loss mixed with a newly seditary lifestyle kicked me off my health plan. I started eating more and moving less. I gained at least 10 pounds. Now, I am ready to start my plan again, but I needed help getting started. This product has given me that. I find that my appetite is back to what I consider normal. I still want to eat, but not all the time and in larger than needed quantities.After a couple of weeks the only side effect I had was a slightly upset stomach when I first started taking the pills. No jitters.I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get back on track
