My truck battery decided to go bad and left me stranded looking for someone with jumper cables to give me a jump. I went to amazon and started looking for portable jump starters. I chose the Tenker based on the power rating I wanted and because it had the best reviews with the least amount of bad or fake reviews. So far I really like it. It charged right up, everything is working good. My truck started right up. I used it when I was not at home and didn't have the ability to hook up my battery charger to give me enough charge to start. Great product.

So I was skeptical of these small lithium ion jump starters. I wasn't entirely convinced they could output enough amperage to get the job done, but this one does indeed.It's much more compact than the sealed lead acid jump starters, small enough that I store it under the passenger's seat.It's also much lighter weight than SLA jump starters, great for older people and those who might have trouble lifting one up to reach the car battery - anyone who can drive can handle this unit.It's not hard to figure out how everything works, which is good because the manual isn't great.The usb output for charging phones, etc, is also nice to have. Many of the SLA jump starters have a 12v socket (cig lighter port,) this does not, perhaps due to space constraints.Almost all parts of this unit seem to be high quality and will probably hold up well over the years. The hard case is surprisingly high quality as well.My only complaints are fairly minor. I don't like the way the clamps connect to the unit itself, it seems prone to breaking. The lcd charge percentage display is hard to read at off angles. It would be nice to have the option to charge it via micro USB, but not a big deal.So it's not perfect, but it's a good product I'm glad I have for when I need it.

I cannot say much about experience with this product as is just arrived a few days ago. It looks sturdy, has a high quality clamps, thick 8AWG wires that are long enough and came with a handy and sturdy case that contains everything you need for the jump starter. The light works and I was able to charge the unit without issues.I chose this product due to these aspects:1. Excellent power to price ratio.2. 3 year warranty.3. Ability to easily bypass polarity protection and thus be able to jump start completely dead battery. It might also be able to charge the battery through a cigarette connector, but unsure how/if it can work.4. Good consumer reviews.5. Costumer support has been excellent so far.6. The manual is relatively easy to follow.7. It looks I will get a free gift, something I was just shopping around.I cannot claim that this product has a superior quality to other brands. I went through so many brands and reviews and found two major concerns: 1.There are always some units that are defective. People usually found it after expiration of the warranty time, which is typically 3-12 months. This is the only brand I found with real 3 year-long warranty. The other issue is that many of the new unit won't start completely dead battery due to polarity protection. This could be easily bypassed with this unit.

I love how compact this product is. I have a Schumacher 1000A for my family Suburban and I ordered this for my work truck. The NO1 is perfect for storing under the second row seats and easily accessible whenever I need it. I really like that the NO1 comes in a case for itself and to keep all the wires and jump cables together. Thank you so much for a great product!

This is a very well made product. I was very impressed with the number of accessories that come with it and the case is great.I bought this product after having a dead battery when leaving work one night. I feel good about having this product in my car in case this should happen again. I have no doubt this will jump start my car and I am confident it will even work in my motor home.Their customer service is also great, they contacted me to make sure I knew how to use the product should I need to, and also to make sure I activated the warranty. Great people to work with.

Works as discribed. I see some reviews where it did nothing. Well read the instructions and charge it first overnight. Tried it on a 3.6 liter V6 Cadillac CTS with a bad battery. AFTER I read the instructions and BAM it was running, bad battery and alternator. Didnt run l9ng but it did what it was supposed to. It jumped a dead battery. Super easy to use, super great thing to have on hand, a great item. 5 stars.

I love the small size as it fits under the seat of my truck. I bought it for the times when my finicky stump grinder refuses to start and it worked perfectly. I was in a place that I couldn't get my truck to jump it. It's going to stay in my truck for roadside emergencies. .

This is a life saver! Ended up getting a second for my father. The type c charger is the fastest in the market and is terribly convenient. It's great to be have in case if an emergency but small enough to not take up room. If you are pondering getting this I recommend it. We ride motorcycles and this is must have!!!
