Switch on my lathe got broken so I bought this. It is setup a little different so I did a truth table using a multimeter to rewire it using the new switches connections vs the old. Switch works great and is better built for a fraction of the cost.

It didn’t come configured to match my hunter tcx machine. So it did take a little bit of testing to figure out the operation of this switch to configure it properly. It didn’t come with a diagram or instructions either. I drew a diagram of how I configured it for my application. The left is my motor wiring. The two diagrams on the right starting from top is switch facing the right, bottom diagram is switch facing the left. The white lines in the diagram on the right are the internal switch connections under each switch position. The green lines are the bridges that come with the switch. Blue lines are either power or to the motor windings. Hope this could save you some time if your original switch doesn’t match up

No! This product shouldn’t come with schematic or wiring diagrams! How the hell is it? Supposed to know what tire machine you have???!! if you looked at your switch when you started taking it apart and decided it would be a good idea to not take photos, then why the hell should the seller be at fault for that? This switch fits many machines and a lot of these machines are wired different from one another. Apparently., just because you can change your tire, doesn’t mean you could change your switch. It kills me how many people leave bad reviews based on their lack of knowledge…. I’m surprised I didn’t see even lower reviews. Because it didn’t come with a midget to install it as well. Do you call Goodyear and Firestone when their tire show up with no instructions showing where to put the balance weights on the wheels??!!! If you need instructions on how to fix your machine, then you shouldn’t be in there messing around it and call someone that knows how to do it!! Lastly, this switch can be wired wrong and it still work, but will work for a short period of time if wired in such a way… again, not the sellers fault. I’ve used at least 50 of these switches on all sorts of tire machines and at least another 50 on various other types of machines that have nothing to do with tires and haven’t had an issues with a single switch within the first two years of use… the ones I had fail were after the two year mark and have all been in shops that specifically just do tires so they are heavily used! That all being said, stop leaving bad reviews based on your lack of knowledge and know how. That would be like me leaving a bad review at your shop saying my motor blew after you changed my tire!

Love it put on my tire machine after my table quit working works amazing smooth " I have had it now 4 months and changed close to 500 tires on the machine". Hasn't let me down yet thank you great product even better on the wallet than others

I wired it up the same as my existing switch. It fried itself pretty easily. Not sure if I got the contacts wrong, buuut this thing ain’t sturdy.
