Happy to be the next person that tells you this case WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. After being a little reluctant to buy a case that is "waterproof" I read the reviews and saw the pics and it convinced me to give it a try. I've used those ridiculous bags and contraptions that claim "waterproof" just to have the seal open and not be able to use your phone in a bag.This thing is wonderful, sturdy, doesn't feel cheap like others and I love the seal you get when you snap the two halves together. Even if you didn't believe it at first feeling and seeing that seal made me realize this was going to work.Of course I had to test it before putting my phone in so threw it in the pool for a few minutes to wait and see...nothing no water no leaks. Put my phone in and now I spend hours with my phone in, around and under the water with zero fear. Matter of fact I'm taking tons of video underwater for no reason other than because I can!Biggest thing I could find "wrong" is not really wrong, it's an obvious thing you should do which is make sure you get that seal around the case and on the charging port (no brainer) but that's more user error than something being wrong with the case.Oh last thing, yes it's a bit of an effort (and by effort I mean my daughter can't open case easily so I have to open it for her) but that's a great thing because again the seal once the case is closed feels solid, is solid and keeps your phone dry.P.S. THA KS for the notch that makes it easy to use a coin to open the case.

The case shipped quick and arrived really quickly. It was a great price and is made really good quality. It is water proof and works just as they describe it, it’s a wonderful case and I would buy from them again. It has held up to some of my expectations except for the screen scratching.Update:Screen seemed to scratch easy and I contacted the seller about it and they are sending a new case out to me. I will say that is great customer service. That is how companies should be, stand up and back your product. Thank y’all for helping resolve my issue, I will leave a 5 star review now because you deserve it.

This case worked like a charm. I got it for my husband so he could take underwater pictures while we were snorkeling in the gulf. He was able to and the photos came out well. The phone case was easy to operate. He only had slight issues with things like zooming in and out as the touch features aren't as sensitive. He is actually using the case regularly and likes the durability of it. Definitely would recommend.

Leaks!!! Ruined my iPhone! Water damage left me stranded with no phone in a unfamiliar COUNTRY all for one pho to of a fish or all because I chose this case !!went on vacation with a perfectly good brand new phome. .put case on as instructed and in the less than five minutes saw water leaking in case while filming videoThe water completely shut my phone down and the salt killed it for life !Because of this stupid case my vacation was pretty much ruined by the fear of lacking contacts of hotel or reservation number, was stuck phonless with no reservations or directions couldn’t even get back to hotelAnd forget the idea of checking into flight or showing boarding pass mCreated a definite concern and left me vulnerable in another country not to mention out a phone for because of this lame caseA ziploc bag would probably work just as wellSave your money and your frustration and pass the one up !!

It is a good case easy to put on and take off water proof. I am not rough with my phone I rarely drop it I mostly bought it to keep my charge port clean and because it will allow me to use my wireless charging

I’d buy it again and again if I had to. Most reliable probably very cheaply made case I have ever had. The plastic feels like some china made crap but the case does hold well to falls. I have dropped mine a few times with barely a scratch on the case and completely protected my phone. I use the water proof feature often in the summer when I’m at the pool or beach. Even took underwater photos with this case on. Ghost tech was my go to case but they didn’t have a case made for the iPhone 10XMax at the time so this was the best alternative and it saves me money when it protects my phone so it’s worth the buy.

I love this case, i completely submerged it in water and none got into the case or my phone. A little more on the bulky side so I would keep this one as a backup for something to swap over to, not just your everyday case.

Nunca me tomo el tiempo de hacer una reseña, pero esta vez es necesario, al igual que otro usuario me di cuenta que una esquina del case se abre por si sola, permitiendo la entrada de agua. Lamentablemente al sacarlo de mi short me di cuenta que traía agua dentro del case. Perdí el display de mi iPhone y también el Face ID pues se daño la cámara TrueDepth. Solicite mi devolución.
