Just the job
Allowed me to replace a broken part in an E27 light fitting in an outside lantern. Only negative is I wish there was an option to just buy one of these! I now have 3 spares.

Dismantling
DOes anyone know how to dismantle one of these.Yes, I put it together before reading where it says on Descrtiption don't tighten. :(Is there any way of unscrewing.?

CAUTION
The 4 lamp holders were exactly as described and arrived at the time stated however when i got one out to inspect a problem. when i unscrewed the base/cover the cable / flex holder fell out, not a problem so i put it back in, tightened. Later tried to undo & it was jammed as the cable holder had jammed inside as the screws were protruding. It goes in 90' differently to when flex is attached allowing screws to be tightened which then do not jam the base. answer tighten flex holder screws or observe how it is packed before opening. Didnt find any warning.

I cannot comment on the installation or use of these as they will be returned as damaged. Although the box was undamaged, a couple of the lamp components were cracked/broken or scratched.

günstige stabile Fassungen zum Verstecken
Ich habe die Lampenfassungen in Nischen als Beleuchtung von oben einbauen lassen.Die Fassungen sind aus einem stabilen Material und zum Einbau bestens geeignet. Sie wurden so verbaut, dass nur noch der untere Ring, der aufgeschraubt wird, zu sehen ist. Diesen haben wir kupferfarben lackiert, top.ACHTUNGBeim Zusammenbau der Fassung muss man beachten, dass dies zwar nicht kompliziert ist, aber man sollte es nicht einfach so ausprobieren. Wir wollten versuchen, ob der Zusammenbau funktioniert und mussten feststellen, dass die Fassung dann einrastet und nur schwer wieder auseinanderzubekommen ist. Ein Schraubendreher und Geduld führten zum Ziel.Dazu sollte ein Hinweis gegeben werden.Wir wollten günstige, stabile Fassungen - genau das sind sie.Es sind meiner Meinung nach aber keine Dekofassungen, dafür sind sie zu grob gefertigt. Sind sie nicht versteckt, würde ich sie nur auf einer Baustelle oder im Keller nutzen.
