Quality plastic, but super small.
i thought i was getting a half decent size.. these things are small.. picture looks larger than the actual size..

Drain holes too big
Holes too big for direct deposit of undrained curds. Like Ricotta. Must pre-drain curds. But other wise excellent size for Crottin. I need to find one this size with slat drain holes. Holds pre-drained curds from one quart of whole milk.

Good quality
The baskets are to make Cicottia cheese from milk whey. Each are 300lit. Each basket enough to divide four ways for four in our family or 16 members or friends. The taste of fresh cicotto is wonderful. I would definitely buy from PetriStor again and I recommend PetriStor 👍🏻

The size matters of the cheese mold
If you advertise small it should be small , not extra small as one can see it tiny . Terrible
