I purchased this in August 2023 and it has been working flawlessly till April 2025. In April 2025, we started to face Internet drop on power outages and it stopped giving backup in may 2025.Overall it worked well for 1 year and 7 months. I think it severed the purpose.

Great product and excellent service!I ordered a 12V WiFi UPS instead of the 9V version and realized it only after the return/exchange window had closed. I contacted Resonate support, and they promptly helped me replace the device with just a ₹250 handling charge.The battery backup is also impressive—9 hours during my first test.

I purchased this device and it worked well for a year, but after a month of warranty period exhaust, it stopped working. I contacted the Resonate customer care. They replaced it with a brand new UPS even though the warranty period had already passed. Thanks for supporting Resonate.

works well when there's no power and I did not even know that my power went off but my wifi was still running.

UPS is not compatible with the router, not providing any connetors pins which can be selected to fit for the router, don't recommend to buy. I regret to bought the UPS which is not usefull waste of money

Reviewing after 4 years (purchased in 2021). Product worked flawlessly for 4 years, despite the repeat power cuts we face in India, it withstood all of that. Coming back to purchase a replacement now. Simple to install, works without the need for any routine maintenance and lasted this long. Go for it

This is ok product but stops working once the warranty period is over. This was the 2nd time I bought this and stopped working after an yr or two.
