Spirometer for lungs
Excellent. Simple to use and no much hassles. It is a no brainer. Just go for it. Suck in air while the spirometer is in normal position. Blow out by keeping it in inverted position in your hands. Check a general YouTube video as well.

Reasonable Price product
Not that good quality but was okay okay product.Solves its purpose, bought this for my mother after her Covid recovery for lungs exercise. looks like a toy to my mother but not that easy as it looks like.. :D

Make Athlete heart and lungs common Indian
This product is very useful for COPD patients. My father suffering from COPD. Mouth piece should be given extra for long term use or other members of the family. If possible then give me a mouth piece. I am giving extra money . Also very useful product for common people. After long term use make your Athlete lungs and heart also.
