Works non-stop
I purchased this in August 2023 and it has been working flawlessly till April 2025. In April 2025, we started to face Internet drop on power outages and it stopped giving backup in may 2025.Overall it worked well for 1 year and 7 months. I think it severed the purpose.

Compatibility
Very simple, but robust, user friendly equipment which can be installed in less tha a minute. Functions very efficiently. But before buying, check compatibility as suggested by manufacturer. An awesome product.

Doesn't serve its purpose
The product doesn't serve it's purpose .The wifi gets interrupted during power failures and wifi starts working again but if it is getting interuppted even for few seconds there is no point in using this .

Very good product
Great product and excellent service!I ordered a 12V WiFi UPS instead of the 9V version and realized it only after the return/exchange window had closed. I contacted Resonate support, and they promptly helped me replace the device with just a ₹250 handling charge.The battery backup is also impressive—9 hours during my first test.

Worked for 5 years! Go for it!
Purchased in February 2020. Worked with zero issues till April 2025. Worth much more than the money I paid for it. I decided to write this review now afyer it stopped working. Buy with absolute confidence. I am ordering it again.

Good but not long lasting
This is ok product but stops working once the warranty period is over. This was the 2nd time I bought this and stopped working after an yr or two.
