Q: Very poor scent coming from these 2 reed diffusers. Had a previous one (same) purchased from garden centre (too far away to go back to) Anyone else?

It can’t be the fragrance, try buying new reeds, good quality reeds, & if necessary put more reeds into the diffuser. Also turn the reeds at least once a week.
