This mouth tape definitely helps reduce the amount of snoring, yet somehow I still defy all odds and am able to snore! My partner assures me its only a fraction of what it used to be, so all in all a positive outcome. I also like how I dont wake up with a dry mouth anymore, so 5*s for that!I have also tried 4-5 different brands, and this one seems to be the best one. I thought, how could tape cost so much!? Surely they are all the same? But no. This brand leaves the least residue when removing in the morning, and is much gentler on the skin. I have had to return the other brands - although they were half the price, they are half the quality and were painful to remove and left a huge black ring around my mouth in the morning. You get what you pay for!

I have brought these twice but I'm unsure of which product this is. Basically I think they come in different sizes. Long and narrow or short and fat I have had both and my recommendation is the long and narrow is far better than the short and fat. I tried this after reading up about how important it is to treat through the nose and not the mouth especially when sleeping. What a game changer. I ve never had such as good nights sleep how can taping your mouth help? I'm menopausal and just stressed my sleep is disturbed. Ever since taking my mouth I sleep all the way through and undisturbed its amazing, I have recommended this to all my friends

Something has changed with these. They used to be quite substantial but the last two packs have been very flimsy and the adhesive isn’t nearly as good as it once was. For a premium price for 30 pieces they should be a premium product, and they no longer are.

Why did you choose this product over others?:It might be unfair to give this product only 4 stars because it most certainly works as mouth tape. I’ve moved on to a silicone tape which is much cheaper and easier to get off in the mornings.This tape does what it says it will.

I used to wake up multiple times in the night with a very very dry mouth. I couldn’t sleep again without a drink. Now I just use this before bed and sleep through without issue. It’s been a complete game changer for me. I used to snore as well on and off but that’s stopped completely. Have stayed on fine and pretty comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Ended up using these for a month they are easy to use and I had no problem with breathing when wearing them at night but it wasn’t as effective as I thought as I didn’t see much change after using them. Also if you have a beard they become practically pointless as they will fall off in your sleep and if it is still attached by the morning it will pull on your beard when taking it off. I did try this with and without a beard and it does seem having a beard will have its challenges with this but overall an okay product if you wanted to try it.

Was really happy with these and using them for about 6 months however I think they have recently changed. I’ve started to get a skin reaction to the black tape which is causing red hot and flaky skin. The beige ones leave a sticky residue. Disappointing as I was using these for a long time and my sleep had really improved but I think the manufacturing may have changed.

Would 100% reccomend !!!! Worked for me, I have snored since using these, never used to sleep right through the night but now I sleep deep and all night
