After reading the instructions I wouldn't use this with heat

This product has my hair feeling solf and moisturized, but i don't like that it also makes my hair look wet and it doesn't go into my hair as much as i would like it to. But it does condition the hair so i would definitely recommend it.

Leaves hair smooth, easy to comb out and full of shine! The spray is easy to use, lasts for a long time.

I really love this product because it’s lightweight and leaves the hair very soft after hair has been washed and conditioned with regular conditioner.I recommend you add a thicker leave-in conditioner to your hair routine because 3 -5 days post hair wash, using this product alone will leave the hair feeling a little dry.

i have the newer version of this product and this along with the along with my aphogee shampoo, aloe vera juice, and satin cap that i just got has truely hepled with my hair shedding and need for protein. my hair has never looked this good in almost a year, wow!ok, on to the product itself forreal now, it gets into your hair without leaving it all nasty and greasy you could use it everyday if you like but it is more of a protein spritzer spray so if you need more moisture this maybe isn't the best product for you

This stuff is awful!I didn't see my usual brand, so I picked this one up instead. By the time I finished the bottle, my hair was constantly tangled and difficult to deal with. I was ready to cut it all off! I couldn't figure out what had gone so terribly wrong with my hair! But once I finished this bottle and started up on my usual brand, my hair returned to normal almost overnight! I was once again in love with my long, thick hair!Maybe it's right for someone else, but it's never touching this head again!

I have 4a , natural African American type hair. Motions conditioning products usually delivers for me. However this product was thin and watery with little to no effect as a leave in condition on my natural hair. Curly girls seek more of a creamier product, this one was disappointing.
