Never search for pen and paper again
I bought this for my daughter (another gift 90% my purchase for daughter) and to tell you truth I didn’t know why she wanted but I’m converted you don’t realise just how much you need one of these until you own one.I now use more than daughter and am considering buy another just for the kitchen.No more searching for scraps of paper and a pen to take messages or leave notes.just pick up your pad and write away,and when it’s read no more waste paper bins full of screwed up notes just erase and the pad clean all ready for next message.I use for shopping lists,messages,notes,my husband uses to keep track of his winners on horses or teams winning in football and my daughter uses for doodling,leaving me notes.Basically anything you ever needed pen and paper for the pad does it.Be great for younger kids to practice handwriting or maths or just doodle.The pen slots perfectly across top of pad so always there.Its not an all singing all dancing ultra tech device it’s a simple idea that quickly becomes an invaluable part of your life

Contrast too poor for me.
Wanted this to scribble notes at work. In anything other than very good light the unit has very poor contrast ratio. I'll probably never use it. Now ordered a couple of A4 whiteboards, which I think will do a better job.

It's a great idea that just works
Yea, I'm impressed, I have one on my fridge and my desk to jot down notes I know I will forget in 3 minutes.Great idea and highly recomended. The "erase" button is instant and works perfectly, so be careful not to press it. There is a 'lock' button to prevent accidental deletion of your masterpiece.

Mixed opinion on this item
Purchased this item and the erase button doesn't erase very well, not sure if it should do this.As you can see in the picture that is after pressing the erase button several times.Is there a way to resolve it without having to return the item

Would have been great if erase facility had workeded
Easy to use and the brightness was good compared with others I have used. Shame I had to return it as it would not erase. Return process was quick, efficient and refund issued as soon as collected.
