Intuitive and easy to use
First iPad I have bought and I’m really happy with it.Set up was a piece of cake as I have an iPhone so just signed in to my account and it was ready to go in no time after getting it the way I wanted. For context I have a Windows 11 laptop which is fast but battery drains in about an hour unless plugged in, also have a decent Chrome book with decent battery life but is limited in apps that I use so the iPad is the perfect companion with long battery life and all the apps I personally need on the go without straining my eyes by squinting at my phone.Being so familiar using this is a breeze and the iPad is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The only downside is I had to invest in more Apple storage as all my devices are linked including an iwatch but at 99p a month for 50gb it’s a no brainer. If like me you were on the fence then don’t be, make the jump you won’t regret it.

Might be the basic model IPAD but it's anything but basic in performance.
Bought mine on Amazon resale, arrived this afternoon & already set up with no trouble & currently watching a tv channel streaming app. Working every bit as well as my older higher end IPAD & can't say I've noticed any problems with the screen not being laminated, which is sometimes stated to be a negative. Despite Amazon listing saying the Gen 11 only has 4GB of RAM, it has infact got 6 GB & the 128GB memory is far superior to the Gen 10 storage of 64GB. Love the Blue of the back cover & do buy a case that is translucent as it would be such a shame to cover it up. To make things even better, my old logitech pencil works well with it.

Fabulous iPad, but a total lack of support for a device that arrived defective
I bought this iPad after having a glacially slow iPad 2 since release, and it was a much needed upgrade. The screen is vibrant and accurate (same with all Apple products), the device itself is fast, and battery life is insanely good - I've been non-stop using it for Procreate/Procreate Dreams/Scrivener and it lasts a full day. If it's not being used, I got around 4 days with no charging and it was still at 90%. Works great with the generation 1 Apple pencil, and connected to my third party bluetooth keyboard with no issue.Unfortunately, though, I've given this 4 stars, not 5, due to Apple's complete lack of support. The second I turned it on, I noticed it had a dead pixel. The iPad was purchased from Amazon, not a third party seller on Amazon, and both my pencil and iPad are showing as new and genuine in my Apple account, with the offer to upgrade my Apple Care to cover accidental damage. However, Apple have said that because I bought it on Amazon, they do not offer any support or warranty, but Amazon won't offer any support either, and will instead direct you to the Apple-provided support that they conveniently don't offer.Overall, one dead pixel isn't a deal breaker for me, so I didn't send it back. I love my iPad and Apple Pencil, especially at the price point (once upon a time, Apple products were considered comically expensive, but now they're far more affordable, especially when they go on sale) - I just don't love how disgusting Apple's customer support is. I've been using Apple products for well over a decade, but I wouldn't trust them to offer support anymore (even though I am positive they legally have to offer support on a defective product). All in all, fabulous device, terrible customer support (not Amazon's fault), and great price.

Brilliant
I have used Android tablets in the past but decided to purchase this iPad just because I needed a new tablet and thought I'd give an iPad a try.Firstly the build quality is excellent. It weighs quite a bit and feels strong when holding it.The performance is good as well. Regarding storage, I went for the 128GB model but that should be plenty for every day users as the operating system only takes up about 20GB of it, so you should still have quite a lot of space remaining. If you plan to install loads of large games all at the same time then I would probably recommend getting a higher capacity one but for most users I think 128GB will be more than enough. Please remember that you cannot expand the storage. The screen is just amazing and really one of the reasons I went for the iPad as opposed to other tablets. The quality of it when watching movies etc is excellent. It's a nice large size as well without being too large where it's uncomfortable to hold.Battery life is OK - but you have to remember that it's powering a very high quality display etc, so don't expect it the battery to last long when watching movies, playing games etc, but you do still get a few hours from fully charged, and it charges fairly quickly as well.I would recommend taking out the Apple Care as well (you get an option for this when you go to the settings of the tab and must do it within 60 days). It's an affordable monthly amount and for the reassurance it's highly worth it (and it's from Apple themselves). Now considering changing my Android phone to an iPhone...Highly recommended!
