I love these.
I am happy to have found these online because I haven’t been able to find this flavor in local stores for some time. The price did seem a little high.. but it’s worth it to me. I ordered a total of 12 so I don’t run out for a while.

Opened package - only received 4 - not returnable
It's the genuine product - great quality. But the clear plastic baggie was still sealed at the top with a sticker that stated 6 AND there was a tear in that baggie and only 4 lip balms inside. I thoroughly searched the amazon package that it was in, but no loose lip balm to be found. So I don't know if someone in the warehouse knicked a couple for themselves or what happened. Unfortunately (and I do understand why), it's not returnable, so I received 2/3 of what I paid for. Kind of bummed because I really do love this product, but will it have the full amount if I re-order?
