It's a great pre workout but it does a number on my digestive system. I'm still taking regardless, but am just throttling back on the scoop. If you are sensitive, beware. Still a great product though

Great energy and focus. Flavors is good not my favorite as it’s a little strong for me but hubs loves it. No crash and great sustained energy thru workout and the rest of my day! Definitely worth the buy.

Tastes ok, easy to mix

Please take with precaution, I took this pre workout today at 3:45 I was okay the first hour but shortly after my workout I started feeling very sick and my husband as well he was sick for a lil bit but I stayed sick for several hours. It made us both have the runs and I started throwing up as well I couldn’t keep anything down and started feeling very dizzy and lightheaded nothing worked I even tried drinking water to help me stay hydrated but it was not enough. The only thing that helped me was to get it all out and just keep throwing up till it was out my system I had the jitters and was shaking uncontrollably. I would suggest taking half a scoop like the container says( we took a full scoop bc we thought it wasn’t that bad because we usually take bulked and we normally don’t have no issues with that. I would suggest to sticking with a lower pre workout if your very sensitive, we got the Slaughtermelon flavor. I still am feeling queasy and it’s been several hours since I’ve taken it so please be cautious with this product.
