This is great. Bright and robustly made. The little one loves it. She is two so just naming the colours and shapes. The lock she is starting to understand. She carries it around and drops it but it’s tough so no problem. She particularly likes to play with the keys.

I have a set of twins, who generally fight over everything, this was a great deal as you effectively got 2 toys for a fair price. Both toys were played with, though the box with the shape sorter is played with more. The quality of the toys seems high, its a lovely hard smooth plastic, which would take a lot of force to break. the shapes are lovely and wouldnt break if mouthed on. The ring sorter, is great, it comes apart but each ring has a different middle size, so you need to stack accordingly, they also have stars etc inside, so they make a lovely sound when shook. Overall i was pleased. for a tenner each i was fine with that. The shape sorter has one side which has 4 flaps on it to allow you store everything, i found this handy, and my twins love stuffing things into it. overall a good deal

This is such lovely quality - sturdy, keeps little one busy, teaches skills, great concepts around problem solving, hand eye coordination, colours, shapes, etc. Bigger than expected and looks expensive. Packaging could have been better but bought for our little one, not as a gift, so not overly bothered. Well worth the purchase

This toy is great value for money, I’m so impressed with it. As an early years specialist I find it has many opportunities for learning, as a mummy with a child who has a speech delay it has really interested my boy and given us lots to talk about. My two year old has become frustrated at times with using the keys, so this toy provides the opportunity for developing perseverance as well as learning a new skill! It is a really good size for small people. The only thing I would say is if your child is a little more hands on (plays rough) with toys then I imagine the doors could end up being snapped off, however with appropriate use I think this is a toy that could last.

The above product is quite good and sensibly priced. However, having returned the original item received, due to a problem with one of the colour coded keys (as described when returned), we find that the new item also has a problem!One of the ‘colour coded shapes’ is the wrong shape for the ‘colour coded hole’! ie. that shape has been provide twice, in two different colours, and the necessary shape/colour for the hole is not included!I don’t intend to return this toy, as it is useable by the child, but I am concerned that such an item should be spoiled, by what would appear to be a lack of ‘quality controls’ at the ‘assembly’ stage!ie. Two examples supplied, both with faulty/wrong items, rendering them confusing and illogical to 3yr olds and adults alike!If I did take the trouble to return this item as well, the chances are that the next one would also be faulty, so I’ll save myself the time and energy!I realise that this is the fault of ‘Battat’, and in no way reflects on the great service that you provide!Yours Sincerely, Lindsay Lewis.

ASD child who loves colours, shutting doors and keys. Great educational toy, helps with attention and speech opportunities. Colours, doors, keys, shapes, great for motor skills, turn taking opportunities, matching colours, shapes. Great size, nice and big.Son is nearly 4, but learning around 2 years. I think this toy would last for years.

This toy is described as "Battat – Stacking Rings + Shape Sorter Cube – Learning Toys for kids". However there were no stacking rings included. We just received the shape sorter cube, so this review is only for that part. The cube itself measures about 6 inches along each edge, so it's a nice size for a baby. We got this for our 9 month old grand-daughter and she is about the right age to enjoy it. Unfortunately the shapes, letters and numbers come wrapped in plastic bags inside the cube, which make them virtually impossible to get out through the rubberised bottom of the cube without splitting the bags first - what a waste of plastic, and in this day and age where non-recyclable plastic is not acceptable. It's a good robust toy but a lot more care is needed with the presentation and product description. However, I'm sure my grand-daughter won't mind!

This has been a huge hit in our house. My little boy has taken great enjoyment out of locking and opening the doors and putting the right shapes in the right places. It's really well built and very, very sturdy. It's been dropped many times and hasn't broken at all or come apart, and I have even found my little boy using it as a step to reach onto the worktop in the kitchen - and it's still as good as new! Wonderful toy and would highly recommend.
