Hi, If your head circumference is 59 cm, we advise you to choose the size 7"1/8 - 7"3/8. Stetson brand hats are slightly large in size. Kind regards, Coralie BCBG

I would say that the sizing is roughly accurate, if anything it’s only a millimetre or two looser than other hats I own. Nothing to worry about.
