You get a few different style door latches. Looks like I can fix my dryer at least two more times with all of these and very inexpensive too!

I took a gamble and order this part for my Kenmore dryer model #417.911223310 after Original latch broke off. The latch part fits perfectly, super easy to install, just push it in until it snaps in. Great price for 6 pieces plus the other parts that I don’t need. I figured I would go ahead and get the 6pk since it is only plastic it’s eventually going to break down again. If it does I already have the spare parts. A lot cheaper than if a repair person would of came out to fix it. Didn’t give it a 5 start on durability only because I just installed it and don’t know how long it will last

I am so thankful I bought this very small latch for my dryer door. I was suffering for 9 years without it and use a stick to keep the dryer door close. I wasn't lazy and have a service plan funny thing is the maintenance guy always says you need to buy a new dryer and this can't be replaced once broken off. This was far from the truth. One day I was watching something and they was repairing a dryer door so my happy self said Amazon has everything so let me check to see if they have products for a dryer door too and waalaaa they do. Now you would think I would order one since I found me one right nope somehow I still waited for almost 6 months before I decided to get me my solution why who knows. Moral of my story is are we comfortable in our issue or do we go ahead and repair and solve our situation. Well I am thankful mines is solved.

first of all ,on a Kenmore dryer do NOT rely of the model number when ordering parts. It took me a long hunt to find the right part and video to fix my Kenmore door latch, My dryer has a different door latch than what i've found on youtubes for the very sane model number!I found the correct part and fixer by visual looking at many videos for the same make of Kenmore.I don't know whose fault this was for me getting the incorrect parts by the model number but I'm out $10.00 and if I did send the part back I'd still be out ten dollars due to shipping!I can not say good or bad parts I received. none fit to know!
