Looks very good unpacking but it seems to have never been built by the designer or the writer of the build instructions. The tray size is ‘approximate’ and you may find at least one of the trays to be slightly larger than the others. The bits of spacer foam provided, whilst seemingly useless for their intended purpose, are good for protecting the paint while you clamp together the tray and leg so that the too-small screws fit. I only had to clamp one tray, and apart from slight consequential bending (because the tray was too large to fit the legs) it was straightforward. Gjob I had a clamp and someone else to help.

BADLY THOUGHT OUT DESIGNThe design of this trolley makes assembly extremely frustrating. Let me explain.Firstly you have to insert foam pieces between the frame and the inside of the shelves. Really tricky as they move about yet grip in places so very hard to get them in the right position. Designer could have made this a lot easier by supplying sticky backed foam so you could glue them in place first.Secondly and the worst bit are the shelves. the walls of the shelves are angled and NOT parallel to the frame. this makes a 5 to 8mm gap which results in the bolts not being long enough. I had to use a G-Clap to force things together so I could get the bolts to reach the threads to tighten. The designer could have included longer bolts to save clamping. I dread to think how people get on building these trolleys that don't have my experience at mechanics and fabricating or the extra tools. Good luck guys.

There was a great difficulty in aligning the very short bolts to the individual corresponding holes. To get the trolley aligned, following the instructions, all the nuts and bolts had to be loosened to get the trolley to be a perfect rectangle. It requires pressure on the uprights to align the holes. There's was difficulty attaching the handles because the nuts and bolts supplied to attach the handle to the frame, and we had to provide longer bolts. It was delivered on time and we'll packed. Took a long time to put together which could prove difficult for someone elderly.

fairly straightforward to assemble with provided allen key (inclusion of a 10mm spanner would have made job easier), well packed when arrived (unexplained delay with delivery though).Used in utility room to store tins of drink/beans/soup etc plus bottles of drink etc, when loaded seems very stable, also locking wheels are handy.

robust and mobile, plenty of room on three shelves. Does the job at a reasonable price.

Looks good and easy to move about
