I recently bought the Ecovacs N20 Pro and I must say, I am extremely happy with my purchase. The product is very efficient, smart, and easy to use. It cleans the house thoroughly and saves a lot of time and effort. The mapping and navigation features are very impressive, and it handles both vacuuming and mopping with great accuracy.A special thanks to Mr. Nirbhay who conducted the demo over a video call. He explained everything in a clear and patient manner. His guidance made the setup process smooth and helped me understand all the features properly. His professionalism and knowledge deserve full marks.Overall, I would rate both the product and the demo experience a solid 10/10. Highly recommended!

Purchased Deebot N20 pro in May 2025. This product is supplied, installed, and serviced by Frootle India. Ecovacs Deebot was selected due to its perfect mapping, powerful suction, and mopping ability. Company extended support to install the machine and gave a live demo at our location. All doubts were cleared. Installation machine and the mobile app, and home demo was done by Mr Alex Shaju of Frootle India.The vacuuming and mopping are excellent. The mapping automatic and has provision to draw virtual boundaries, creating and naming rooms is useful to speed up the cleaning process. Navigating the machine using the mobile app is easy. Option to clean the entire mapped area or selected room/s or zone/s is really convenient. It’s also possible to schedule the cleaning by selecting a specific time and also day/s in a week. There are options to control the vacuuming and mopping as per our requirement. Water dispensing also can be controlled. The silent mode helps to reduce noise while cleaning with least disturbance to the babies or elders while they are sleeping. The self-service notices generated by the mobile app is helpful in keeping the machine clean and healthy. As the machine is connected to the WiFi its easy to initiate cleaning without any time and space barrier. Over Ecovacs Deebot is a powerful Robovac.

I’ve been using Ecovacs cleaning robot for a few weeks now. It effortlessly picks up dust, hair, and crumbs. The scheduling feature is super handy, and it quietly cleans while I focus on other tasks. Its sensors help it avoid furniture. The battery life is decent and it returns to its dock on its own.Bot needs some weekly maintenance.Mopping is not needed daily since vacuuming is enough. But you need to clean the corners, atleast once a week, as it can't reach the corners of the room.We can set room sequence and also opt for a specific room at certain time.Overall, it’s a smart investment for anyone looking to save time and keep their floors consistently clean!

1.Overall it is compact and needs a simple 3 pin plug. The charging station is also small in size and comes with stickers, in case if you want to mount it away from any spills.2.Vaccum is strong and it takes care of the minutest of dust, but one needs to do a general inspection so that the floor is clear of hair and any loose clothing. With hair there will still not be a problem.3.Mopping quality is 'Okay'...but it does the job if you keep the windows shut and the home mostly stays clean...but if you have pets or babies...then this alone won't be enough.4.Maintainence is easy to perform and can take around 5-7 minutes a week...Take care of the machine and it will take care of you.Overall, It is worth every penny...The technician was informative...Spares are easily found and get delivered timely.I would recommend it for a small family...It does get the job done well.

We have purchased Ecovacs N20 PRO recently. The product is Amazing, greqt features. We are very very happy to get this product. Very clean the floor without any efforts. Just pick the mobile and start, thats it. So many features are available like, suction low to medium and high and storms for vaccum cleaner, this is very nice feature that as per our requirement to set just by one click. Also mopping features water drop level low to high and how much time to be clean 1 or 2 times need to be clean features are available.
