Delay in delivery bad packing low quality
I conducted thorough research before choosing this product. However, when it finally arrived (after a delay), the packaging was loose and unsafe, and the catalog was crumpled. The product itself feels like a third-grade Chinese knockoff. In comparison, my current Kenwood steam iron, which costs only 60 AED, looks five times more premium and high-quality. If this product is counterfeit, it makes sense; if not, it’s a real shame for a supposedly European German brand.I returned it immediately
