Its easy to assemble and looks great 👍
The media could not be loaded. Few things i love about it : (for royal canin dry food or smaller size)-the packaging does feels premium-looks stylish with the touch screens-the bowl is easy to wash whenever you needed too-the wire is long enough and it looks sturdy (my cats love to bite wire and this one is strong)-it’s stable enough for it not to fall. My smart cats like to push the old one for the food to come out and my concern is always test how stable it would be. So far its not easy to fall.-my cat still haven’t learn how to touch the lock screen for 3 seconds and press the ‘manual’. I know he is smart enough and observe how i do it and one day he will know how to decode this. But for now let’s pray. 😂🙏-The voice recorder is okay but i prefer without it. I find it scary when i hear my voice calling themin middle of the night! When the food fall on the stainless steel it is good enough from them to run like formula 1 🏎️-i like it since this one have a lot of meal options.-easy to change the settings-twisted lock lid is extra handy-customer service reach out to you as soon as you received the item 👍Con’s-the food split stuck on it, i couldn’t change the direction and so far the dry food is 5% less on one side.. hm i it will be okay. My cats eat on different sides each time the food comes out.-For extra diet cats. You need to calculate how many portion would you give your cats. I would recommend test its first on manual mode and put in the measurements bowl, from there you can expect how much your each cats will get.-i cleaned everything first before use and its not easy..takes times and bit tricky.-its a bit pricyMy hope is this one last longer !keep up with the good customer service!

Blown away so far! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I don’t usually immediately write reviews but I felt I must! (I will update after the kitties have used it for a while). My partner and I ordered a different automatic cat feeder to this from Amazon last week and it took all of 10 minutes for our greedy ragdolls to break it (albeit it was an awful design and super flimsy). We returned it and ordered this in the Prime Day deal and got a slight discount. It was £3 dearer than the last one we bought. When it arrived, the packaging was impressive. It looks expensive from the onset. I was excited to see what the product looked like from the packaging alone. It comes wrapped appropriately and with both a user guide and a quick guide (very much needed when you’ve got two chubby ragdolls at your feet, eyeing you up). It also came with stickers which was a nice touch. The product itself looks futuristic and expensive. It was easy to assemble using the quick guide and it’s very well made. The part that clicks in to separate the food actually locks the bowl section into the base of the feeder (which wasn’t a feature on the last one we ordered, therefore the cats constantly knocked the bowls out and tipped the feeder). The feeder takes a large quantity of dry food (which will no doubt help avoid the cats knocking it over) and the portions are fair. We worked out the portions through pressing the manual automatic feed button and weighed out that one portion on the feeder is 10g, split into two portions equally is 5g each. My cats are supposed to be eating 50g a day and have 5 meals a day, so it was easy to work out that we would need 2 portions for each meal time to give them 10g each. The feeder set up was easy and didn’t take too long. It may have felt simpler to me because I felt I was figuring out the Divinci Code on the last feeder we ordered, which had small buttons and an awkward layout. This feeder is super simple, with touch screen and + and - buttons to work out the clock times and portion amount. The settings cog button is the enter button. This is explained in the quick guide. We set 5 meals for our cats, 4.30am, 9.30am, 2.30pm, 7.30pm and 11pm. There is an option to have up to 6 meal times. If not, you can leave this one with 0 in the portion option. The lid to seal the feeder comes with a packet that slots nicely into a filter area which helps minimise condensation inside the feeder, to avoid soft kitty food. The lid also seal locks, which not only helps keep the cats out of the food but also seals in the smell of their food so they’re not obsessively sat next to it because of the smell. 10/10 feature! The touch screen has the ability to lock so that even if the cats are able to touch the screen, they are unable to edit the settings or get food out themselves. To unlock the feeder, it requires you to put your finger on the lock button for 3 seconds.Overall I’m thrilled with the automatic cat feeder for our two kitties and I’m sure it’ll help get them into better feeding habits.(I will update if I come across any new info / pros / cons). Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Works great, but the portion control is problematic
Works great! I found it easy to operate and set-up.Only problems: it has a mechanism inside that turns and scoops up the biscuits. As it doesn't weigh the portion size, it seems quite variable how much comes out each time. So you can't be precise with the amounts that are dispensed (e.g. it might be between 10-15g per scoop). If you've got two cats, and one is particularly greedy, having the dishes next to each other is problematic. It would benefit from the addition of some kind of optional privacy screen/divider between the two. There's a plastic switch that you can angle to divide up how many biscuits are dispensed into each dish. I found it didn't always work that well.But... it's been a lifesaver for me, I like the look of it, the batteries (not included) last for ages, and it means I can feed the cats at 7am when I don't want to get out of bed.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid.
Absolutely terrible. Dispenses the wrong amount, unevenly and incredibly slowly. If we had left it to feed our cats they would have gone hungry. Avoid at all costs.

Did not meet expectations
Like most people reading this, I did a lot of deliberating over which cat feeder to purchase. I decided to go with this brand and model, mostly based on the design and the product UI (app), which is very good and well-designed.Unfortunately, the machine itself lets the end-to-end product experience down. The feeder is massively inconsistent – it never dispenses the amount specified in the app. I've waited over a month for it to 'balance out,' but no luck. It spits out the food over a very long time frame in random spurts. This isn't the worst, but when you have one cat that's scared of it and another that's tucking in, it means someone gets the lion's share. Literally.I wasn’t going to bother writing a review, but now the voice activation has stopped working as well, so I felt compelled, as this is the most fun feature.I've tried multiple things in the app and on the machine itself, but no luck.I'm genuinely disappointed as I spent a lot of money on this, and it seems to have a mind of its own and doesn't feel reliable. :/
