Nordic Ware Naturals Eighth Sheet - USA Made Uncoated Natural Aluminum Commercial Quality Sheet Pan, 1-Pack

First it is Nordic Ware! But the size is fantastic. So many uses for me. I use it to heat something small in my Breville Smart Pro, and Great for a small one dish meal for one, reheating a slice of pizza. You dream it, it can be used for it. You need at least two, but I am considering getting a couple more. Two cookies (if you freeze your dough and cook only a few at a time. You just find more uses every day. They live on top of my Breville and I have parchment I fold and use a half sheet in each one, ready for me when I need to use them. As for quality, the Nordic Ware pans are actually the best. I have purchased others, but these are designed for heavy use and are well thought out. I always hand wash although they are dishwasher safe. it is so easy if you use parchment to clean and keep clean. Any size is wonderful of the Nordic ware sheet pans; however, this size to me is very useful. I had no idea I would use and like it as well as I do,The pans do not warp, have terrific even heat distribution, clean up easily, the only con, I wish it had its own rack.

THIS IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!I am surprised to see so many bad reviews about this because they didn't know it's not for dish washer... just like any raw stainless steel pans are, it will be damaged if you do. Please be sure it's something you want and don't blame the product cause...it's perfect small tray for baking, cooking, BBQ, food plating and more!We bought 4 of these years back and had to get more for the conveniency over using plates - Especially for hosting a BBQ and baking multiple side dishes!Size is compact and very small, like a one person portion plate, but that means it's even more multi-purposes! We even use it for making focaccia bread since this size is perfect for making focaccia without too much leftover.We tend to hand wash all stainless steel trays we have, and these little trays are light and easy to hand wash, even if you have sticky stuff it's easy to clean after soaking it.We love it that we ordered 5 more and gave some to family members. I recommend these trays!

These are so handy I ordered a two pack also Two of these with Nachos fit in my Breville Pro oven and go direct to the table. This is the Nordic Ware model I always buy in all sizes. They don't warp and I can use a scrubby on them. I'm kind of done with non stick that actually sticks. I didn't know I needed this size but it's handy for prep and individual serves.

I bought this to bake my croissant breakfast! It’s the perfect size for just one and it works great! I use it all the time! Love this little pan and I find myself using it for baking just a few cookies too! It’s well made and washes easily! Highly recommend! Before you realize it, you’ll find yourself reaching for it for all kinds of reasons!

I purchased 3 of these to test out. When they arrived, they were smaller than I had expected. That's not the vendor's fault, it's mine for not paying attention to the dimensions. Having said that, these are a heavier weight and appear to be quality in makeup. I've been one of those dollar store pan purchases which was a mistake. The last thing you want to hear in your oven is a pan that pings and warps and then any topping/sauces spill into your oven base. As for the smaller size, my mistake was a good one as these will fit into my air fryer perfectly. I understand that these are dishwasher safe, but with a tarnish result. This will not impact their function and I plan to put them into the dishwasher. I'm not looking for pretty pans, I'm looking for great food! I would purchase again and the price point is swell.

Anything nordicware, I'll approve! These are small enough for a single serving of something, great to heat up small amounts of food, great serving plate for one. Heats well, constructed well.

I bought these specifically as serving trays to make burger or taco nights more fun. They work great! The kids love when we use them because it feels like they’re at a restaurant instead of the dinner table. I went with Nordic Ware because they are high quality. Cheaper brands are lightweight, warp, and scratch easily. These pans hold up to higher temps, and are heavy. They also work great for making single servings of loaded nachos in the over or air fryer!

I use these for several things. Prep, food tray, baking, you name it. They've stood up well and are easy and neat to store since they stack perfectly. None of them have warped, but since they are aluminum, they scratch VERY easily. They haven't bent or anything, so good in my book.
