This was the easiest playpen/create I have ever put together. This pet playpen/create can be folded up when you are done using it so it makes for super easy storage. I was so excited to get this that I forgot to get a picture of the pen before I unfolded it. The playpen unfolds and pops open and it comes with metal rods that you slide into the sides of the playpen and they Velcro shut. It is a pretty good size for a smaller dog or a couple of cats. I got this to put out side for a couple of the pregnant feral cats I have in my neighbor hood in hopes of them getting used to me and my roommate so we can catch and re-home them. It is really nice because the top unzips so there is access from above. Both the front panel that zips and the top panel have Velcro on them so they can be rolled up and held open with that. The playpen/create is a good quality and so far it is holding up.

I really like these material crates for dogs. This one in particular shrinks down to a very small form factor. It uses the material and tent pole design in order to expand. It is a nice high-quality material all the zippers work, and as long as the dog is not super aggressive, they should not tear a hole through this thing. Is light and easy to move around. I really like it.

I got this to use with foster kittens, in particular as a nursing den for a mama cat and kittens. It’s simple to unfold, pop-up, and insert the support rods. I like that it has eight support points, which makes it very sturdy. Unlike other pop-up playpens I have, this one won’t buckle/collapse if a mama cat or kittens hop on top of it. The materials seem durable. I also like that it is a rectangular shape. It’s much easier to line with potty pads and blankets than the hexagonal shaped playpens that I have. I like that it has zippered access from the front and the top.If using this full time (i.e., setting it up and leaving it up), I would rate this higher. Unfortunately, taking it down is a frustrating process. Each support rod is essentially two pieces that are connected by the elastic string inside. This allows them to be folded in half when not in use so they can be stored in the carrying bag. They don’t snap together tight, so it’s difficult to remove them from the pockets of the pen when taking it down. They separate, so half comes out, but the other half tends to get stuck. I worry about snapping the connecting string. I might end up taping them together so they stay in tact for removal, but then they won’t fold to fit in the storage bag. Additionally, getting the pen folded back up to fit into the bag is not easy. This didn’t come with any instructions. There is a picture on the Amazon listing showing how to fold it up, but it’s not very clear. I eventually was able to manipulate it back into the storage bag, but it’s definitely not folded the same way it came, and I’m really not sure how to get it folded correctly. The metal frame gets distorted easy and requires some extra twisting to snap back into place. I was very frustrated with the whole tear down process and how much time it took me. Since this isn’t something I will be leaving set up all the time, I wish it were easier to take down and fold back up.

I ordered this for our rescue's mother cats and young kittens, so they have a safe place to stay while they're still nursing. The enclosure is smaller than I was expecting, especially since I ordered the medium, but it will work for my purposes. It's well made.I wish I'd paid closer attention to how it was folded when I removed it from its carrying case, as I'm not good at folding things back up when the folds aren't obvious, and these aren't. In the end I just removed the support poles and zipped it back up with the case and poles inside.As another reviewer noted, setup was a cinch, but it did take a few minutes for me to figure out how and where to insert the support poles (the Velcro at the top of the channels was the giveaway). But more significant, it was difficult removing the poles from the channels because they come as two pieces with an elastic cord inside, and you put them together to slide them into the channels. Unfortunately, when you try to remove them, the two pieces come apart, and you have to work the bottom piece out, which I found difficult. This could have been better designed, IMO.So four stars because it's good quality, but a star deducted for the teardown issues.

Love it! It's compact but large. Easy to fold and unfold. Lightweight and easy to carry around. I use it for my kitten and my small dogs. Very sturdy as well. I don't like my dogs having the run of the house and deck so this comes in really handy. It's enough room for them to play and rest. Very happy with this playpen.

This is the perfect enclosure to keep my kitten inside of while I’m busy cleaning up the house. I don’t have to worry about what he’s getting into while I’m tidying up. Very convenient and I feel comfortable using it because he’s so small and it’s a large space for him to walk around in so he doesn’t feel like he’s closed in.Very easy to set up, also, and I don’t take it down I just store it up.

Folds up into a small circular carrying case. No real instructions, but the rods just slide into the sides from the outside. Stable and roomy. We through an extra bed in it for cushioning.
