So useful.
It features powerful suction, an intelligent navigation system, and a self-cleaning base station, and its appearance is also quite impressive.I recently purchased the NER E10s robot cleaner, and I am genuinely impressed with its performance. As someone who values a clean home but has a busy schedule, this device has been a game-changer.The NERE10s has a sleek and modern design that looks great in any home. Its compact size allows it to easily navigate under furniture and tight spaces. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, giving me confidence that it will last over time. This robot cleaner does an excellent job of sweeping and vacuuming my floors. It effectively picks up dust, dirt, pet hair, and debris across different surfaces, including hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpets. The suction power is impressive, and I appreciate how thoroughly it covers the area thanks to its intelligent navigation system. The E10s uses advanced sensors and mapping technology to navigate around obstacles and avoid stairs or drop-offs, which gives peace of mind. It creates a map of my home and cleans systematically, ensuring no spot is missed. The scheduling feature is very convenientâ I can set it to clean automatically at specific times, even when Iâm not home.Setting up the robot cleaner was straightforward, and controlling it via the user-friendly app is a breeze. The app allows me to start, pause, or customize cleaning modes remotely. It also provides real-time updates on the cleaning progress, which I find very useful. The battery lasts long enough to clean my entire apartment in one go. When the battery runs low, the E10s automatically returns to its charging dock and resumes cleaning once recharged, which is very convenient. The robot cleaner is relatively quiet, making it suitable for use during the day or even while working from home. It also handles different floor types seamlessly and has a decent-sized dustbin that reduces the frequency of emptying.Overall, the NER E10s robot cleaner is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to maintain a clean home effortlessly. Its smart navigation, strong cleaning capabilities, and user-friendly controls make it one of the best robot vacuums Iâve used. It saves me time and effort while keeping my floors spotless.Highly recommend for busy households or anyone wanting to simplify their cleaning routine!

Life with Two Border Collies = Hair Everywhere
We have two Border Collies who are basically non-stop fur factories. Every day, our living room and bedroom would get covered in hair, and with a newborn around, it really started to stress me out. Too much pet hair isnât just messyâitâs not great for the baby either. Thatâs why we finally got this robot vacuum, and honestly, itâs been a lifesaver. The self-emptying station is the real hero here. Unlike other robot vacuums weâve tried, this one can handle all the pet hair without needing constant attention. We empty a fully packed dust bag of dog hair about once a weekâitâs kind of gross but also super satisfying. The vacuum runs daily and keeps our floors way cleaner than before. It navigates well, doesnât freak out around dog bowls or baby toys, and keeps the babyâs crawling zone clean and safe.If you're a pet owner (especially with a baby), this is 100% worth it. It takes one big chore off your plate and gives you a little more peace of mind.

App needs work, robotic logic needs work. Doesn't last.
Update (7.7.24 - 8 months): Reducing my Rating to 1. I'm sorry I purchased this and feel as though it was a waste of money. At best I can use this as a regular vacuum without the mop function from here out but now need to find a new solution to mopping my main floor's hardwoods and kitchen tiles. What a waste.I had noticed that the internal collection compartment was getting gunked up. It seems that because it is vacuuming and mopping at the same time, it is basically mixing dust and water to make a mess inside the vacuum. When you normally mop, you sweep the area first or vacuum it, then mop. This device mops while vacuuming which makes wet dirt. This then is not ejected into the waste cannister correctly and can quickly build up. Essentially, you need to manually clean the vacuum every time you use it with the mopping feature defeating the purpose of the automatic waste cannister.Today I noticed the unit is leaking. I don't know from where but I found a wet spot beneath the charging station and it appears the hardwood floors beneath have been slightly damaged due to getting wet over time.I wanted to like this product and did my best to give it every chance. Unfortunately it fails to deliver on what it was designed to do and in the future I will not be looking to Eureka for my vacuum or mop needs.(original post) Purchased this for the 1st floor of my house 4 months ago. Tile kitchen, hard wood hall, hard wood dining room with an area rug. I also have a step down into a sunken living room and on the opposite side of the house, a step down into a sunken den. I don't have pets.I knew the living room and den would need the vac picked up and set back down which was fine. My main goal was to get something that would mop the kitchen and hardwoods regularly. Here's my experience thus far. What I like:- The cleanout cannister doesn't need to be emptied after each cleaning, is easy to use and dump out, and doesn't require special bags like some of the other brands.- The mop feature has been doing a decent job keeping the floors clean.- For a mop and vac unit, the price was good compared to some of the other brands. What I don't like:- The App is not the best. Some screens just need you to select a different option but other screens require you to also select a tiny check at the top corner. Not very intuitive. The room maps allow you to set up named regions and even virtual walls but there's no options to set mop or vac intensity by room. For example, I'd want my kitchen mopped with the highest mop settings but the halls with the lowest. Also, I've set it to not mop at all and just vacuum and found it mopping anyways.- The logic gets confused and I have one spot where it will continually return to, back up, move a few feet away, then return to the same location again. It will do this over and over until it runs out of charge. I've tried remapping the area, relocating the base station, doesn't matter. I just now set up a virtual wall in the App to try and stop this from happening.- Mopping reservoir has no gauge and the vac and app do not indicate when the unit is empty. As I haven't tried any other brands of vac/mop combo's, I don't know if any of these issues are better or worse industry wise.
